Sorry about the rolls, you actually achieved basically the highest catch chance too... I also forgot to lessen the Hail effect to normal once Regice hit half HP, so your guys got some health back
 
I don't think it would wake up, Deadfox. A Pokemon wakes up when it takes it action, and throwing the pokemon has a higher priority than Regice's attacks. Thus, Regice will only wake up as it tries to chill, not before. Therefore, I would like to throw a Sport Ball.

Alright, I have one Sport Ball and 5 Lure balls left over, so I'll bring those with me. I will also purchase 5 Sports Balls, 5 Lure Balls and 5 Heal Balls for 15 TC. In addition, I will spend 10 TC on a Revive, 8 TC on a Super Potion, 5 TC on an Ether and 5 TC on a Potion (36 TC in total, supplemented with 7 BT).

For the next round, I will throw a Heal Ball to add Roggenrola to my collection. The calculation is ((1 + (2 * 2 * 150 * (270 - (69 * 2)))) / 270) / 256 = 1.1458478, or a 100% chance to catch Roggenrola.

After Roggenrola is caught, I will not nickname it, I will move Weavile, Vanilluxe, and Slowking to the front of the party. For items, Togekiss gets the second Razor Claw, Weavile gets the Expert Belt, and Vanilluxe gets the Mystic Water.
