One more thing, I thought that the Combo-cooldown alongside Truant would work similar to using Hyper Beam in-game; rather than loafing, it recharges (No +3En, basically).

I agree with the little tidbit.

Anyway, fluffy, get rid of that annoying ability! Poof in a uhh what was it called... Unown W Worry Seed on yourself to replace Truant (and sadly Static but I guess its usefulness is already gone)! Then take a break with Slack Off because the dude attacking you is kinda vicious. End with an actual attack - Hyper Beam!

As the cloud loafs about, Duke slashes at her painfully, and follows up with another tackle after Snapdragon blasts him with a powerful Hyper Beam!

Umm, Duke has been gets STAB on Encore. Shouldn't the Energy cost only be 9?
