No, I don't think so. Shed Skin only applies to primary status like burn, paralysis etc.

Actually, it still takes 20 EN to evolve, so Dragonair should have 60 energy. Everything else looks fine to me.

The battle continues. Sensing danger, Kitch attempts to throw up a protective barrier, but alas, his muscles seize up at the last moment! Fortunately for him, White Belly takes the time to do a little dance (make a little love, get down tonight) to raise his offensive prowess. Next up is an Ice Beam from the White Belly (really fairly red at the minute) that strikes true. Sensibly, Kitch erects a bright barrier between the two, which will reflect some of the special attacks White Belly uses! Seeing this, he goes for his strongest special attack, Dragon Pulse, which does fairly pitiful damage. Kitch ends by building a lifesize doll of himself for White Belly to play with. D'awww...

With a quick wham, bam, thank you ma'am, the Sub is gone, and suddenly, Kitch is vulnerable! Doesn't stop him getting another Leech Seed off to drain White Belly's health. However, his Light Screen dissipates, and White Belly capitalises with an ethereal blast. Kitch erects a second bright barrier. Doesn't stop White Belly trying another Ice Beam though, which is rendered weak by the Light Screen (though, hilariously, it came dangerously close to freezing - 57/1000. Kitch was only saved by the fire type's 50% reduction of freeze chance). Kitch, hiding behind the new screen, quickly performs some photosynthesis by raising his chloroplasts as close as he can to the sunlight.
