Arena: Unown Soup
The battlers are on a solid platform in the middle of a giant bowl filled with delicous broth. No move restrictions at all, because you can safely go seismetoad on the platform and there is plenty of broth to swampert your enemies with. In the soup, there is one of each letter unown floating in around aimlessly. They are all close enough to pick up, and a battler may use one action each round (they can't just use three unowns) to use any move that begins with that letter. Once an unown is used, it cannot be used again.

We are here, standing atop the infamous Unown Soup, where battlers can use these mysterious creatures to use just about any attack known by (poke)mankind. All the competitors had agreed on starting with their weakest mons, so Random sends out Mobius the Smoochum, Korski sends out Ichabod the Scraggy and Simon sends out Sleuth the Slowpoke.
Not wasting anytime, Ichabod begins to Taunt Sleuth, preventing him from setting up Trick Room to negate his pathetic Speed. Since she was left well enough alone, Mobius takes this opportunity to begin her Perish Song. Sleuth now begins to Struggle with his orders after Ichabod's taunting, while Mobius Fakes Ichabod Out. Oh! That's two for flinching! Ichabod is looking a little drowsy, so Mobius gives him a little Wake-Up Slap. This snaps Ichabod back to reality, as he sneaks behind Sleuth and gets him with a powerful Faint Attack. Sleuth keeps on Struggling as as he is to enraged to perform his trainer's commands.

Ouch I thought the moves would only make you struggle if you deliberately ordered them while Taunted, otherwise they'd fail.

Not wasting anytime, Ichabod reaches out and grabs Unown S and quickly fades away. Upset that she couldn't get to the Unown fast enough, Mobius begins to Sing some tortured emo rock to try and put Ichabod to sleep, but since he is in a different dimension, he can't hear her. Ichabod then reappears from the Shadows and punches Mobius with incredible Force. Not wanting to be outdone, Sleuth Blasts Mobius with a wall of Fire that engulfs the Smoochum. Sleuth quickly turns around and smacks Mobius with his (Aqua) Tail, sending Mobius reeling backwards. Mobius ignores Sleuth and runs towards Ichabod, trying to Sweetly Kiss him. Ichabod doesn't seem to like girls yet, as he sidesteps out of the way and hits Mobius with a Super Payback, knocking her out. While Ichabod is cooling down from the effort it took for that last attack, Sleuth grabs Unown U and rushes towards and hits Ichabod before doing a quick U-turn back to safety.

Stortamus should've been automatically sent out, since the order you send the teams in will be the order in which you send in your Pokemon, remember that now. Anyways, Mobius, you suck. You were faster, but you failed to nab the Unown. *Sigh*

Disappointed by Mobius' job in this battle, Random sends out Stortamus the Hippowdon, hoping he will be able to swing the match in his favour. A giant sandstorm begins to pick up after he entered the battle. It looks like Stortamus doesn't want any part of these baby Pokés, and he quickly Digs underground. In a questionable move, Sleuth begins to pound his Belly like a Drum and he cuts his health in half as he gets pumped up, boosting his attack to the limits. Since it worked so well against Mobius, Ichabod decides to try another Super Payback combo, this time on Sleuth, and he manages to just knock the poor Slowpoke out, as he gets buffeted by the sandstorm. Ichabod then reaches over and grabs Unown E out of the soup and begins to create a massive Earthquake. it nearly knocked us off our feet up here, I can only imagine how confuzzled Stortamus is underground. I guess we won't find out yet, as Stortamus is still waiting underground.

Great work, Ichabod! You cleared out your opponents with some monster Paybacks, and you've earned those KOC! Time to move on to the meat of the battle!

And I guess we release the Pokes in order, so...

Go, Polecat!

"Sleuth, you suck as a pokemon. You have a brilliant movepool, but it's torn to pieces by Taunt. Let's go, Prometheus!"

"Ohh, bugger... this isn't looking good for us, either. The speed's good, I guess."

Unkown M: Magnet Rise ~ Substitute (20 HP) ~ Flare Blitz (Polecat)

If Unkown M is unavailable A1, then use Substitute (20HP) ~ Flare Blitz (Polecat) ~ Crunch (Strotamus)

If Taunt is used A1, Use Unkown M: Magic Coat A1, rather than Magnet Rise.

Snatch [Arcanine]~Snatch [Arcanine]~Unown-W [Water Spout]

IF Unown-W is unavailable AND Hippowdon is aboveground, THEN use Unown-F [Frenzy Plant] on the Hippo.

Prometheus and Polecat are both sent out for their team. Prometheus decides to act first and reaches for the Unown M, but just before he gets it, Polecat Snatches the Unown away and begins to Rise from the ground like a Magnet. Stortamus then Digs his way to the surface, as he rises up underneath Prometheus and sends him flying backwards. Not wanting to take another hit like that, Prometheus quickly sets up a Substitute, to block some attacks. Polecat seems a little jealous, as he Snatches the Sub away form Prometheus and uses it to protect himself. Stortamus then Locks-On to the now defenseless foe, as he prepares for a powerful attack. Angry that Polecat keeps on taking his stuff, Prometheus rushes in with a vicious Flare Blitz, but Polecat just ducks behind the substitute, and it shatters upon impact. Polecat then picks up Unown W and goes on the offensive with a powerful Water Spout that hurts both of his opponents. Stortamus then slams his body into the platform, creating a giant Fissure underneath Prometheus. Prometheus falls through the crack into the soup and is never seen again.

Stortamus reaches out and grabs Unown P, setting up a Protective barrier around himself. Or he would, if Prince hadn't gotten to Unown F and hit him with a Feint, disrupting his attempts to shield himself. This leaves Stortamus wide open, as Polecat releases a cloud of Toxic gas that badly poisons Stortamus. Storamus then decides to Chill and regain some of his energy, but he is once again left defenseless, and Polecat hits him with a Venoshock, while Prince attacks with a Horn Leech. Prince and Polecat then turn to each other, finally leaving Stortamus alone, and attack. Prince attacks with a powerful Return attack, but it didn't seem to be at full power. Polecat retaliates by blasting Prince with a Flamethrower, and as they both prepare to continue battling, Stortamus buries them both underneath a Rock Slide.

"You're all dead now."

Earthquake x3
IF Prince hits you with Horn Leech, THEN Revenge Prince, only once if Tormented
IF you are Tormented, THEN action set becomes Earthquake
> Giga Impact Prince > Body Slam Polecat

"We most certainly are not."

Horn Leech/Megahorn Combination ~ Combo Rest ~ Leech Seed (Polecat)

If Taunted, use Return (Polecat)
