Let's see. Polecat should be able to handle the start of this match, so get out there!

OK then, I'll begin with Pete the Hariyama, and we'll start with Sheer Force on.

Substitute (20) - Focus Punch - Revenge
If he uses Taunt on action 1, change your actions to Focus Punch - Giga Impact - Fake Out
If you get flinched on action 1, change action 2 to Substitute (20)

Score (by KO’s): 0-0

As this match starts, we must now recognise our sponsor, Metal Bagon’s hopeful RP, “The Mystery”. The more support, the more chance it will become a reality!

The match starts with Pete the Hariyama creating a Substitute to take some damage. But Polecat the Stunktank Snatch’s it away from Pete. Now that was unexpected!

Next Pete tries to focus so he can use a powerful punch at Polecat, but Polecat uses Poison Jab twice at Pete so he loses his focus, causing the attack to fail. Pete now gets some revenge, shattering Polecat’s sub into pieces!

Note: I did the calcs in order but the flavour was mixed up to make it read better

Polecat escapes this first round unscrated, but we can’t say the same about Pete, because thanks to some tricky moves, he is battered!

Aright then.

Sludge Bomb~Poison Jab~Sludge Bomb
IF Hariyama is ordered to use Substitute, THEN use Snatch the first time and Roar any other times.
IF Hariyama uses Counter on A2, THEN use Sludge Bomb on that Action.

Now, for news from some other battles taking place in other arena’s in this complex today. It seems Danmantincan got the first KO against Deck Knight, and usually the first KO leads to a win but as you know, Deck Knight is the creator of this beautiful game and could make a comeback at anytime!

Now back to the match and in this round Polecat uses Sludge Bomb but Pete retaliates with a Giga Revenge Impact, and if that wasn’t enough it also crits!

Next Polecat uses Poison Jab while Pete cools down from the combo and then Pete jumps straight back up to Fake Out Polecat causing him to flinch.

I would do more flavour but c’mon, with all of these cooldowns and flinches there was no point doing three paragraphs! Also Objection you are first this round.

You do know Revenge's base power isn't boosted when you're slower, it's boosted when you take damage. The one that gets boosted when you're slower is Payback. Not to worry though since it still gets boosted anyway.

Anyway: Substitute (15) - Focus Punch - Force Palm
If he uses Taunt or Snatch on action 1, change actions to Combo: Focus Punch + Focus Punch - Cooldown - Force Palm

I also believe that, with the addition of weight classes, the BAP of Giga Impact should have been 16, making the BAP of the combo 28 and the final damage 34. The energy cost should aso be (11 [Giga Impact] + 7 [Revenge])*1.5 = 27, iirc.

Substitute [15 HP]~Protect~Roar

Ooops, forgot the x1.5 bit srry, and I'm pretty sure I did do the BAP right, but if your admitting to your opponent that they should have taken more damage, I'll have to believe you.

Also I'll edit in the round soon.

Now that some technical difficulties have been solved, we can start the next round!

First up, both pokemon create 15 HP substitutes. Then Polecat protects against Pete's Focus Punch, and then Pete finally makes contact with the sub by using Force Palm but doesn’t break it. Then Polecat roars Pete back into his pokemon only to be replaced with Facilier the Honchkrow.

By the way guys, I’m sick at the moment so if you guys can keep those order coming in we can get a couple of KO’s by the day’s end.

Chill~Toxic~Chill
IF Honchkrow uses Taunt, THEN begin the Action string Toxic~Venoshock~Venoshock, starting on that Action.
IF you are Tormented, THEN use Sludge Bomb on A3.

As Polecat chills again Facilier Uses Hidden Power to do some nice Super Effective Damage to Polecat.

So ... did Toxic hit or not? You've got contradicting info in that post.

EDIT: OK, it hit. However, you do know that getting STAB on a move means it costs 1 less energy, right?

Anyway, my actions: Sky Attack x 3
If he uses Substitute (25) on action 1, change action 1 to Whirlwind, action 2 to Peck and action 3 to Aerial Ace
If he uses Torment and does not have a substitute up when he does so, change that action to Combo: Brave Bird + Brave Bird and action 3 to Wing Attack

EDIT2: I've gone back through your calcs and the following changes need to be made:
  • Honchkrow's Sky Attack costs 9 energy
  • Honchkrow's Peck costs 1 energy
  • Skuntank's Toxic costs 6 energy
  • Skuntank's Sludge Bomb costs 6 energy
  • Skuntank's Poison Jab costs 5 energy (on a second consecutive use it costs 9)
  • Skuntank's Snatch costs 7 energy
  • Hariyama's Focus Punch costs 9 energy
  • Hariyama's Revenge costs 7 energy (but the Giga Impact + Revenge combo is unaffected because the combo is normal-type so no energy reduction due to STAB)
  • Hariyama's Force Palm costs 4 energy
  • Overall, Honchkrow needs 2 more energy, Skuntank needs 6 more energy and Hariyama needs 4 more energy

I acutally never knew that, I'll edit all of the pokes energy levels next round. Luckily for me this has never effected any KO's in my reffings. When was this first introduced?

I'm really confused now since Metal Bagon didn't update, but I'll go ahead and order, assuming Objection's "overall changes" stuff from that last bullet point is accurate. If it isn't, then disregard this post and let me reorder, please.

Polecat, it is time. Rush at Honchkrow, slam into it with a Double-edge, and as soon as you make contact, use Explosion at close quarters for tons of damage!

Double-edge/Explosion Combo

And don't forget Aftermath!

If the ref decides that Combo wouldn't work, then use Taunt and then Explosion.

Well then one battler is going for SPAM, the other is going for suicide. Wow.

Polecat tries to taunt Facilier but he is already high in the sky, too far away to hear the harsh words forcing the attack to miss. Facilier then comes down and bashes Polecat with a Sky Attack, catching Polecat off balance causing him to flinch. Facilier doesn’t waste any time and flies up and swoops down with another Sky Attack. KOing Polecat.

Um ... how can Taunt miss? It's 100% accurate and Honchkrow didn't do anything to evade it (Sky Attack does not make the user avoid attacks). Plus, I believe the next-action flinch from Sky Attack was changed to a this-action flinch because of most combos having a lower priority than Sky Attack (not 100% sure about this but I think it was posted somewhere), meaning Skuntank should've pulled off Explosion. And you forgot to deduct Honchkrow's HP due to Toxic damage, and that Skuntank gets STAB on Taunt so it costs 9 energy not 10.

Assuming Objection's changes are made (also thanks for pointing that stuff out), Honchkrow ought to be Taunted with 66 HP and 56 EN. IF this isn't true, THEN please let me reorder after the data is completely fixed in the previous reffing Round.

Go, Itasca!

Thunderbolt~Thunder~Ice Beam
IF Honchkrow uses a combo involving Superpower, THEN use Substitute [15 HP] on that Action and push Actions back.
IF Honchkrow uses Icy Wind, THEN use Substitute [15 HP] on that Action and push Actions back (only once).

This is the Descrption of sky attack in the data audit thread. As you can see the flinch does activate on the explosion but I will give Facilier the taunt.

EDIT: Forgot to mention this earlier, but if Honchkrow knocked out Skuntank, then it should have +1 attack due to Moxie.

Payback - Hidden Power - Payback
If the first Payback hits but for some reason does resisted damage (ie, the opponent's typing means it resists Payback), change action 2 to Sky Attack and action 3 to Brave Bird

Korski, if you actually sent out Zoroark, you've just ordered it to use 3 moves that it doesn't know, thereby wasting an entire round. If you genuinely sent out Krillowatt, then I'm curious as to why you made a substitution for any combo involving Superpower.

I made it because I thought Honchkrow would get KO'd this Round (contingent on Explosion hitting) and that you would know it and try to get a high-powered combo in with all of Superpower's BAP added in (e.g. Superpower/Payback). But since Explosion didn't work out, the Substitution really does no good at all.

OMG, look at that, Honchkrow got +1 attack because of Moxie, what a coincidence.

The new Pokemon on the field, a Krilowatt called Itasca, starts her run in the arena with a bang. She uses thunderbolt for some nice SE but it also paralyses Facilier, who then gets parahaxed.

Itasca use Thunder next for a more power-packed version of thunderbolt, then Facilier’s joints ease up so he can move enough to launch a Hidden Power at Itasca.

Finally Itasca uses Ice Beam while Faciliers joints again seize up.
“Damn Parahax!” Gerard shouts.

And to think, through all of that Toxic damage was eating away at Facilier as well. Can Objection make some sort of comeback while going first? Let’s find out.
