Each Trainer brings 1 NFE and 1FE
3day battler DQ/ 4 day ref DQ
1 Recovery/2 Chills
Battle Format- doubles 2vs2 with each trainer having an extra pokemon on standby
Abilites- all
Switching-No, unless someone objects
Items-on

Arena: the ref's mind

Field Type- Varies
Complexity- Simple-Super Intense
Format- Varies
Restrictions- Varies

The Ref's Mind:
The mind is a powerful thing, so its time we used it to maximize the opportunity to have interesting battles! The battlers have somehow found themselves inside the creativity center of the referee, and they are at his mercy! the ref can make anything happen, and controls all aspects! from the arena setting to the accuracy of moves to the color of the pokemon! for example, the first round might be in an volcano, and if a player uses a bug type move twice his opponent will lose 10 energy! the match can be as simple or as intense as the ref wishes. Battlers have fun coping and adapting to what the refs throw at you!

Mime jr [Murrow]

Nature: Timid (Multiples Base Speed by 1.15 and provides a flat accuracy boost on all attacks equal to its new Base Speed squared, then divided based on its evolution stage. (Formula: ACC Boost = (New Base^2)/Divisor [Round Up] Cap: 30) The Divisor is 1000 for fully evolved Pokemon, 700 for Pokemon that are the second of three stages, 500 for Pokemon that are the first of two stages, and 350 for Pokemon that are the first of three stages. Cloyster [Drake "The Boss"] (Male)
Nature: Gentle (+1 SpD, -1 Def)

Info on Drake: Glacier was enjoying the sights of the seafoam islands as he passed through the southern boundaries of kanto. He was thrilled that a seemingly tropical island contained such icy extents. after going deep within the caverns there was a sudden crash! some belligerent fool in the carvern above was pushing boulders down holes! the sudden crashes caused the floor to break, and without warning Glacier fell into the icy torrents in the lower most floor. with very bad athletic abilities Glacier didnt last long, and quickly fell into unconsciousness.

when he woke up Glacier was inside a small crevice in the seafoam caves. cold and wet, he turned to his side to see a small but valiant shellder. Ever since that fateful rescue, Drake has been close to Glacier's heart. With wit and clever attacks Drake can change the tides o the match, and can even surprise opponents.

Type:
Water: Water STAB; Can breathe and have excellent mobility when underwater, are less capable on land unless they are entirely amphibious.
Ice: Ice STAB; immune to freezing and Sheer Cold, no vision loss or damage in Hail or snowstorm conditions, perfectly accurate and 30% Protect breaking Blizzard in Hail. Superior senses and mobility in frozen caves and other frigid arenas.

IN MY MIND:

There is a blank slab of rock, about forty feet wide and circular, on top of a large cliff. On this slab of rock rests a desk and chair, with a pen and books as if someone was about to study. Walls surround you about twenty feet high, preventing almost any kind of flying, and seeming extremely fragile, as though they might break if something is smashed against them, or if time progresses on, and whatever it may be keeping out will come in. No weather can be caused due to this, nor is there any room to fly or dig. If a mon uses the slab of rock somehow in conjunction with a rock type physical attack, they will get +1 attack for that move only. In addition, any attack that would normally involve some sort of ground can be made rock instead. There is a magical lightsource coming from an enslaved pikachu lantern on the table. Should you blow it out, there will be none, and should you go to the sides of the arena, you will not be seen coming and may be able to increase the damage of a move due to surprise.

You each start on a separate quarter of the circle, diagonal from your partner.

Assuming both logic and previous rulings. Glacier you should send out. Then I send out, then Dogfish. Then Mc/ and he orders. Then Df orders, then I order, then Glacier orders. This way no team gains an unfair advantage and glacier sends first because He issued challenge

Well, we need lynchies to survive, so lets make sure he does. Go Drapion!

I have no idea what order people post actions in, so if someone could post that that would be lovely.

Also the walls caved in and everywhere is flooded now, with the arena gradually shrinking. Water moves gain a +1 boost and anyone knocked significantly back will fall into the fast moving water and must take an action to get back onto the arena. Failure to do so leads to damage and inability for non-water mons to do anything

um actually quag in asb a pokemon can have more than one infliction..... so freezing and paralyzing can happen. someone please correct me if i'm wrong. but you see people that get burned and have poison, or poisoned and paralyzed.

Sub-Zero would also like the +2 Sp.Atk he should be at, and has a slight wish to see his energy.

And as far as I know, order shifts everyone down an action. So Glacier ~ MrcRanger97 ~ Dogfish44 ~ Piokapwnd should be the order.

Lynchies should be at 15% para, since the failed action means Para rate drops 5%, as well as the standard 5% at the end of the round.

Glacier, you are correct, I went off of ingame mechanics which do no not allow that to happen unless confusion is involved, but either way, 3048/10000 means no freeze

And I'll go with the order Dog gave, unless someone can come up with a post with an official ruling or precedent against it (preferrably the former), and would appreciate it if this was ruled upon in the future to make it official.

Glacier, you're up.

Okay Sub-zero, take down the fighter!

Bug Buzz lynchies~ Ice Beam Lynchies~ Bug Buzz Lynchies
If lynchies attempts to agilidogde, then use Tail Glow instead
If Lychies Detects, then Target Scorpio

and oh KO sub, if lynchies dies then target Scorpio with your moves

Brilliant thought Glacier, but I will not allow my fellow team mate to be taken down so easily.
If this works,
Knock off (Sub-Zero, knock him off the stage)--> Crunch Chingling--> Crunch Chingling
If the knock off would not work...
Fire Fang (sub-zero)--> Fire Fang Sub-Zero--> Crunch Chingling
For Both, if Chingling uses Torment on you,
Toxic Chingling--> Venoshock Chingling--> Poison Fang Chingling.

This is simple enough.

Recover ~ Thunder Wave (Scorpio) ~ Torment (Scorpio)

This should trigger his third set of actions.

IF Scorpio is dead, then remaining actions become Light Screen ~ Chill ~ Chill

Lynchies: Double Team (4) ~ Fire Punch ~ Fire Punch (Both at subzero)
If para first round then use Falcon Punch on Sub zero. (Fire+Firepunch)

It is starting to ice over, so after the second mon goes of action 2, ice moves will gain+1 level. In addition, water moves after that point may be used as ice type at no penalty, just stating that it will be ice instead of water. Action 3 moves will not be able to be turned into rock, but will be able to turn into ice

Also, there are also large flying green kumquats everywhere. Not sure what that does if anything, but let's watch.

chingling used torment, so that means scorpio was supposed to use his third command actions (toxic Chingling~venoshock chingling~Poison fang Chingling)

scorpio should not have fire fanged scylar on a2, since chingling tormented. since chingling tormented, scorpio's command set was changed to the last one (as seen above)

Didn't ref it that way since that's clearly not what Ranger wanted and is in his worst interests, since iirc he goes from nearly koing both mons (and not due to a mistake by his partner), to koing none and risking hitmonchan. But, you are right, I do need to change that.
