Placeholder. Sets im going to add: Substitute + Baton Pass. Possibly Choice Specs, but probably not. It hits surprisingly hard though, 2hkoing all common mons bar ferrothorn, excadrill, dialga and giratina.

[Overview]

[SET]
name: Uber Substitute + Baton Pass
move 1: Substitute
move 2: Baton Pass
move 3: Thunder
move 4: Hidden Power Ice / Yawn
item: Leftovers / Life Orb
ability: Volt Absorb
nature: Timid
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
-can set up a Substitute against choiced Electric attacks (Thunder from Kyogre, Palkia, Dialga, or Bolt Strike from Zekrom) or by forcing out Pokemon like Kyogre, Lugia, and Manaphy.
-it can then Baton Pass the Substitute to a dangerous sweeper

The same things are pretty much true as it was in 4th gen except Jolteon now has even more counters in Ferrothorn, Reshiram, and Zekrom and MEwtwo is now even more broken. Sorry bro.

QC REJECTED (1/3)

No reason to use Jolteon in Ubers, its not only considered weak but has pretty shitty coverage as well. Shadow Ball is rather weak and it has to rely on Hidden Powers to attack things not harmed by Thunder: Groudon, Garchomp, Ferrothorn, Excadrill, Reshiram and a whole lot of others.

Jolteon's Defenses are horrible enough, especially for Ubers. You cannot survive most decently powerful attacks and things that do carry Thunders, have moves that will OHKO Jolteon if you mispredict. Dialga, Kyogre, Palkia and Giratina-O are some examples.

One more thing: About setting up on Choiced Electric attacks...Zekrom 2HKOes you at worst with Bolt Strike because Terra Volt ignores Volt Absorb. Despite the resistance, CB Zekrom actually OHKOes you.

QC REJECTED 3/3

Moving to Locked analyses.
