It is the year 3012. The place is New New York. The world as we know it has changed, with technological advancements changing lives. Things such as robots and the ability to keep heads alive in jars have become common place in this brave new world. However, not all is well in the city of New New York. Robots, tired of being cruelly mistreated, have set out to kill all humans. To accomplish their goals, they have created a mafia, known as the Robot Mafia. Will the residents of New New York be able to fight back and defeat the monstrous mafia? Or will the robots be able to achieve their goals and take over New New York? And could there in fact be people who aren't allied with either side? Only time will tell...

RULES PLEASE READ

1. While you are alive, feel free to talk about the game. Once you have died, you may not discuss the game with anyone not allied with you. You may not share information you gained after death no matter what.

2. The game will begin on Night 0. There will be no kills on Night 0. During Night 0, no one may paste their Role PM. Role PMs may be freely distributed starting from Day 1. PM TalkingLion and/or Jalmont for help in faking a role PM. We hosts highly recommend you do so.

3. Do not take grammatical errors in PMs as proof of faking. Jalmont is human and TalkingLion is a lion, we make mistakes. We have tried to keep all text relatively the same, but there may be discrepancies. If you believe there are, PM us and we will correct them. Do NOT correct them yourself.

4. You may paste things the hosts tell you. You can paste fake logs; PM TalkingLion or Jalmont for help faking a log. Screenshots are strictly prohibited.

5. The hosts will either tell you the truth or tell you nothing at all.

6. Each Day period will last 48 hours at the start, then be cut to 24 as people die. The day will end early if majority is reached on the vote as soon as a host is on to update.

7. We will allow stealth lynching if you can successfully pull this off. Good luck. You'll need it.

8. During the day you must bold your vote and post flavor <User>. To change your vote, you must edit your original post with your new vote. You may choose to No Lynch during the day as well, and any votes towards a dead user (if he or she has been godkilled) will count as No Lynch. If you wish to vote for nothing at that time but have already voted, unbold your original vote and state something along the lines that it is retracted. Any ties will result in a no lynch.

9. Each Night period will last 48 hours or until all PMs have been received. This will be cut to 24 as people die.

10. Priorities have been set beforehand. You don't get to know them until the game ends.

11. There are no items in this game. Claiming a role such as thief or scavenger might be a bad idea!

12. There may or may not be day actions in this game.

13. Inform TalkingLion and Jalmont of all channels, spreadsheets, etc. you make for this game. Give us access: ask for our emails, our registered IRC nicks are TalkingLion and jalmont.

14. IRC is absolutely mandatory. It's not that hard to gain access to: you never have to pay to use mIRC if you hit Continue twice, Mibbit is free, etc.

15. Send all PMs to TalkingLion and Jalmont so we can both update. If you are choosing to idle, please PM "NX - Idling" so we know you are active. While we would prefer you to submit actions via Smogon PM, we will allow you to submit idling actions over IRC.

16. Be active or get out. You will almost assuredly lose this game if you are not active and anyone who could rely on you will be hampered by your inactivity. We will send a warning PM if you do not show to the channel and/or send a PM. After that, we will sub you out. We will NOT postpone deadlines if you do not meet them unless you ask us to give you an extra hour to discuss/coordinate. We WILL ask for subs on anyone who signed up and didn't get in.

17. If a role PM and the rules clash in something, the role PM takes precedence.

18. We are your hosts and we will be writing the Postgame, so please talk to us about your thoughts on the game. While we cannot confirm or deny any suspicions you may have, we would love to hear them. We would also like reasons for your actions if possible.

20. If you post while silenced/kidnapped/break a restriction/show on IRC in NOC or anything similar you will be godkilled. If you try to obtain Lady Salamence nudes you likely will be godkilled.

21. The official IRC channel will be #futuramafia so please join.

22. If you have a non-information role, you will not receive a result unless it fails. If you think you should have received a result PM but did not, you should contact the host that performed the last update, or the other one if they appear to be free to review your case.

A lion who has been genetically engineered in the future to gain the ability to talk, you are even smarter than most humans. You managed to move into the city of New New York with the help of a scientist, and you are documenting a robot attack on the city with him.

At anytime, you may send a PM to TalkingLion and Jalmont titled “NX/DX - RAWR at <USER>” this will scare <USER> away from #futuramafia.

Also at anytime, you may send a PM to TalkingLion and Jalmont titled “NX/DX - Om nom nom <USER>” This will god kill <USER>.

Dear Jalmont,
You are a scientist.

An ordinary citizen of New New York, you have managed to genetically engineer a lion, allowing him to talk. You are working together with him to document a robot mafia terrorizing the city, and you could make millions of dollars by doing so.

At anytime, you may send a PM to TalkingLion and Jalmont titled “NX/DX - Transfer <USER1>’s DNA to <USER2>. This will replace <USER1> with <USER2>.

You are allied with the hosts. You win if you manage to document the robot attack successfully.

Since this is beginner it'd probably be a good idea for inspector to claim D1 so BG can get on him. As explained yesterday on irc (before Terrador trolled me) the inspector should claim because the chance of a killer who can hit trough the bg in the game is very slim.
