I don't think Primeape is useful at all in Ubers. It is frail, not powerful enough and not exactly fast either. Vital Spirit is all he has. Heracros outclasses Primeape easily and can abuse Guts with Sleep Talk. Heracross resists Darkrai's entire moveset too.

That's the only reason to use Primeape. Heck, Bannete works better as it has Insomnia, Trick Room and Destiny Bond. I wouldn't use Bannete either.

Primeape makes a cool Scarfer in Ubers. There are a lot of psychic types and Primeape can take advantage of that and make use of U-Turn. It worked last generation so I don't see why it won't work this generation.

Heracross can also take advantage of the multitude of Psychics present in Ubers by Megahorning and actually KOing them.

Despite U-turn, Primeape is largely outclassed by Heracross who has better stats in nearly every way. STAB Megahron coming from an awesome attack will really dent things. U-turn is a nice thing to have but Primeape has such shitty defenses, it can't stomach any attacks at all, especially in Ubers.

Using Primeape solely to counter Darkrai is just not worth it. What's more interesting, a simple Focus Blast from Darkrai will nearly OHKO Primeape. Even Dark Pulse will probably hurt Primeape.

Primeape is not a cool Scarfer in Ubers. There are plenty more out there. Palkia, Terakion, Heracross, Sazandora, Kyogre and many others. All of them have huge base offensive stats, acceptable defenses or amazing STABs.

Sorry, but I will have to reject this. Primeape just isn't fit for Ubers. It's the same case as Parasect who can wall Kyogre to an extend but is useless otherwise.
