Honestly, I don't remember exactly - would've been from someone here but I've had it for a while. If it makes you feel any better it is the first event listed here on serebii. It has the Wishing Ribbon but no others (like Classic, Premier etc).
Let me know if you're happy with it, if not we can just trade for Pinsir and I'll pick one of your two.

I actually couldn't tell you, sorry. I'm fairly certain I cloned it for someone awhile ago. Fairly certain it's Full-Redis though as I've seen other people trading it around but with Event Legends it can be hard to track down to the original RNG abuser.
I understand if you don't want it without knowing the original owner.
I'm fairly certain Val got that Victini from me. If so, its RNG'd by Dewey911p, hope this helps :)
EDIT: Dewey's RNGs are fully redistributable
