1) Stealth Rock damage is incorrect.
2) Earthquake BAP is incorrect. It should be 10, with a x.75 drop due to spread damage. Don't forget to show Expert Belt either.
3) Chandelure should have Toxic Poison due to toggled Poison Point.
4) Spewing Inferno BAP should be 18, due to Thick Fat lowering type effectiveness and mitigating Expert Belt.
5) ???
6) Most referees calculate Future Sight in the calculations, since it uses all the stat modifiers at the time of the move's use.
7) Ragnarokalex does not have a Moon Stone. Always double check profiles for items!

Get these fixed and ping me once you're done. I removed number five because I'd like you to thoroughly comb through your reffing and find the other mistake I found. It should be fairly obvious, but it's always good to double check your work! Nice work on the combination and multi-hit moves. Just make sure not to rush through the easy stuff!

1) I was a bad glacier and copy pasted and forget to change -18HP to -9HP (I showed the HP totals as -9HP though)

2) I was taught and told by multiple people that the spread move multiplier comes at the very end, so you add expert belt bonus before you add in spread change (10 + 2 = 12, 12 x .75 = 9 etc)

3) I read the Poison Point data and it will only inflict toxic poison if you toggle it AND you have the ability poison touch set at default still. (Works for dragalge and skrelpy)

4) that's my bad definitely

5) ??? I just woke up and I work a 11 hour shift in 45 minutes so I will try and figure out what I did wrong later tonight @_@

6) I did not want to add future sights calcs into this round simply because future sight did not damage this round (I guess I should have gone ahead and taken the EN cost out of mimes total though)

7) Sneaky sneaky Birkal :V

(Tagging you so you can confirm/deny points 2 and 3 for me)

Handbook said:
If there is only one target available, the move works as normal. If there is more than one, the move's Base Attack Power is multiplied by 0.75.
This implies that spread moves change BAP, not entire move effectiveness. Confirmed by dogfish44 on IRC.

NDA said:
By default, this Pokemon's spikes/quills/thorns are coated in poison, and there is a 30% chance of poisoning any foe that uses a contact attack on this Pokemon. When toggled, this Pokemon's natural toxins are more potent. As a result, all of this Pokemon's attacks that inflict regular poison will inflict Toxic poison instead (with the same chance of effect). If Poison Point is toggled and Poison Touch is on its default effect, the Pokemon's contact attacks will inflict Toxic Poison.
Take a gander at the section before Poison Touch is even mentioned.

We can continue this when you get back from your shift. Good luck!

The Round is fixed Birkal

I believe the mystery mess up was that I didnt calc mamoswine hitting nidoking with Rock Slide
(When I read the data it said it hits up to 3 targets, and I messed up because I thought I could target up to 3, So i only wanted to hit chandelure)

If Greninja is fainted when you would act, change actions to Fury Attack + Horn Drill | Cooldown (Fury Attack) | Pay Day.
If Greninja has HP at the start of A1, use Protect (Self) that action. Push back actions.
If flinched, push back actions.

Looks good. Do note that hazards damage occurs before A1, so my substitution wouldn't have activated (even though it did conflict with the first substitution).

For your final test, write up those prizes ;). Do note that Alex was DQ'd as a tutor, and how that changes dealt prizes.

Prizes:

Glacier Knight: 4CC, 21UC
Tirtouga/Carracosta: 1EC/2MC/1DC
Mamoswine: 5CC to glacier
Victreebel: 3MC
Mr. Mime: 3MC
Cloyster: 3MC

Ragnarokalex: 5UC
No CC because DQ :|

Birkal: 5UC
No CC because he used alex's mons :|

I am content with his reffing. Since I wasn't there for the whole battle, I'd like Frosty to make the final call here.

Alright.

Timeliness:
DQ Passed: 2 (covered by LoA once...somewhat)
3 Days: Nope

Technically speaking you posted the LoA 4 days after you were up, so you did pass DQ on that. Add the DQ passing from your first set of orders and you would be normally rejected right out of the bat due to this.

BUT considering the circunstances of the LoA, I will go ahead and assume that the relevant fact occured before the actual posting, so I will let it slide and assume you were held up with other stuff before 3 days ended. We can't be that insensitive.

Still, DQ is nice to obey. On flashes and on relevant matches. The first half I am positive you can manage. The latter half...well your past record isn't that good, even though you are managing that part somewhat lately. Still, I will pay attention to your timeliness on longer matches. Do not think only your self-reffed matches will count for anything please.

Approved in this regard nonetheless.

Battles Mistakes:

1) I suggest you read the Mid-Battle Evolution part. Relevant stuff are: You use 40EN for this and it acts like a switch: the opponent should be given the opportunity to counterswitch. This is also a reffing mistake since you are the ref.
2) "AND cloyster was taunted and fails to use Hail" is an iffy sub. Not outright illegal, but really hard to interpret. Should Cloyster have used Hail and failed due to taunt? Or simply not using Hail at all is enough? Should taunt be the reason for it or not? Also, since Hail was put on a sub, it wouldn't fail, it just wouldn't be used since it would be an illegal move. This is very iffy and poorly written.
3) Dazzling Gleam hits all opponents. Not only one.
4) Rock Slide hits all opponents. Not only one.
5) "If you are taunted" is a condition sub. By old rules (which were applicable on this match since it is old and all) it couldn't result in a move with higer priority than the one on the main action set. So Fake Out isn't a possibility. Under new rules it would be kinda accepted somewhat in a way. Still, in this battle it isn't.

Reffing Mistakes:

1) Mid-Battle Evolution was done totally wrong. As the ref, you are the last stance of control against mistakes. Which means that you can't mistakes yourself as, more often than not, there is no one that will point them out. As occured here.
2) You forgot Rare Candy's +2 to Grass Knot. On multiple rounds.
3) You calc'd dazzling gleam vs only one mon, whereas it is a spread move.
4) Your damage formula is weird. For example, Grass Knot on Carracosta was written "(5+3+(7.5-4.5))*2.25" which made me assume you deducted solid rock and sturdy directly from the bap. But then on Leaf Blade you wrote "(8+(7.5-7.5))*2.25". I assume in that case you cancelled expert belt and solid rock and deducted only sturdy. But it is confusing. Since you write out the complete thing for stat difference, I suggest you do the same for BAP (so grass knot would be (8+3+2-2-1+(7.5-4.5))*2.25).
5) When a priority move is on a combo it's bap is halved. So Aqua Jet + Dive results in 10bap not 12.
6) Mr. Mime has technician. Icy Wind should be stronger.
7) Minor thing: Confusion disappears on the action after the counters reach 0, not exactly when it happens. This is because a pokemon with confused (0a) still can't get confused. It gets rid of confusion next time it acts.
8) Imprison targets self. So Gallade doesn't target Mr. Mime with it. It targets self and all opposing mons are affected by it. This means that switching mime out means squat, since the mon it is replaced with will be affected by it. In this case this means Mamoswine and Cloyster would be imprisoned.
9) Speed Ties changes and all.
10) Stealth Rock damage is incorrect.
11) Earthquake BAP is incorrect. It should be 10, with a x.75 drop due to spread damage. Don't forget to show Expert Belt either.
12) Chandelure should have Toxic Poison due to toggled Poison Point.
13) Spewing Inferno BAP should be 18, due to Thick Fat lowering type effectiveness and mitigating Expert Belt.
14) Ragnarokalex does not have a Moon Stone. Always double check profiles for items!

Verdict: Sorry, Glacier, but there were a LOT of mistakes. Mistakes due to stuff changing. Mistakes due to not checking NDA. Mistakes due to weird understanding. Weird gallery of simple and silly mistakes. I can't give you an outright approval now.

Also Ragnarokalex you didn't see most of those mistakes. And I didn't see many curve balls from you. I am removing you from the white-listed list. Speak with me when you return and we will talk and find the best way to restabilish your status.

- - - - - - -

Second Chance:

I am offering second chances to people who screwed up. Since Ralex did me the distict favor of not pointing out you were in a dubious track, here is my proposal:

I will PM you 3 more mons and we will do 3vs3 doubles. No counters will be given (no CC, no UC and no MC). DQ for new battle is 2-days with one warning. I expect you to ace it. If you go really well with little to no mistakes, you pass. If not, you fail and you will need to go through the one-month cooldown and try again from scratch.

Or you can just go to the one-month cooldown and try again later.

Let me know which option you prefer. If you want to continue, we can use this thread.

Type:

Ice: Ice STAB; immune to Hail damage, freeze status, and Sheer Cold. Frost Command.

Frost Command: For the next six (6) actions, this Pokemon's Ice moves will have triple the freeze chance. Type Exclusive commands can only be used by Pokemon that are naturally that type, and are still available if the Pokemon changes type.

Command Type: Type Exclusive | Accuracy: -- | Energy Cost: 5 | Priority: 0 | CT: None

About:

Abilities:

Own Tempo (Passive):
This Pokemon moves at its own pace and when confused, it will never harm itself in confusion. If the Pokemon also has Tangled Feet, it will raise Accuracy by one (1) Stage.

Ice-Body (Passive):

This Pokemon thrives in Icy conditions and can absorb energy from Hailstones to recover two (2) HP/action in Hail.

Sturdy (HIDDEN ABILITY UNLOCKED, Passive):

This Pokemon’s body is solidly constructed, reducing the Base Attack Power from an opponents incoming attacks by one (1). The effect is amplified on OHKO Moves, which are reduced by ten (10) Base Attack Power.

Dark:
Dark STAB; Immunity to all telepathic and telekinetic attacks, better performance in all darkened and especially twilight conditions. Can use any Dark-type attack regardless of Attraction.

While Magmortar would love to focus punch Weavile's face A1, I need to do stuff outside the box and not necessarily win, soo...

Let's get creative!

Magmortar: 15hp substitute - Helping Hand (Snorlax's Fissure) - Fire Blast (Weavile)

[Glaciernote: The Data Description for Red Card was a tad confusing; "Garuntee that the opposing pokemon cannot dodge the Pokemon's next attack." to me, this seems as if it means "The opposing pokemon cannot use dodge or D/E or P/E moves to avoid the move" and doesnt not make the move a perfect hit, never miss attack. However after chatting with multiple people on #capasb (most werent sure as well), we decided that it's basically a one time no guard, but allowing OHKO moves as well. If I flubbed on this part of the reffing, I hope you can understand my confusion and where I was unsure]

do myself a favor and check every single move on NDA. every one of them. most of the mistakes detected before could be solved by reading it. Again: you are the last line of defense against mistakes, so don't trust what you think. Trust what you read.

Case in point: Helping Hand has priority +5. So it happens way before taunt.

Also weavile doesn't have snow cloak (unlike what your A3 calcs seem to indicate). It has pressure (which the calcs doesn't seem to indicate).

Finally Red Card ruling is acceptable. I say acceptable because there is no official ruling about it. Yeah, it is a semi-no guard, that part is sure. The dubious part is if it affects only the opposing pokemon that hit the user and triggered red card or both opposing pokemon. Since "pokemon" can mean plural or singular, either interpretation is "valid" until official ruling. Even though I feel plural is better, given it is a one-action activation thinge. Still, I wanted to see what would you do with it.

correct the above and we continue.

Switching out Snorlax for Dusknoir with Life Orb

Dusknoir: Focus Blast (Avalugg) - Low Kick (Avalugg) - Focus Blast (Avalugg)
IF
Avalugg is under P/E THEN Drain Punch (Beartic) and push back
IF Avalugg is to use Mirror Coat THEN Drain Punch (Beartic) and push back
Magmortar [ACTIVATE RAGECANDYBAR]: Heat Wave - Heat Wave - Heat Wave
IF
Avalugg is to use Mirror Coat THEN Fire Blast (Beartic)
IF Beartic is under P/E THEN Fire Blast (Avalugg)
IF Avalugg is under P/E THEN Fire Blast (Beartic)

I shall let the sweet release of death envelope me. (Posting actions first, then the round reffed)

Beartic: Rain Dance~Dive (Magmortar)~Dive (Magmortar)
-IF Magmortar is KOed when you would attack it, use Sword's Dance that action instead

Avalugg: Rock Tomb (Magmortar)~Rock Tomb (Magmortar)~Bite (Magmortar)
-IF Magmortar is KOed when you would attack it, use Crunch (Dusknoir) that action instead
