Nine year contract! NINE! The only contracts I've heard of that length in the AFL are stadium sponsorship/ownership deals.

P.S. Happy to see Hampson headed to Richmond on Day 1 of the Trade Period. He was definitely surplus to requirements at Carlton and hopefully we get James Podsiadly with the (presumably) new Draft Pick #28 of ours ^_^
