Small is the smallest for pumpkaboo and what do you mean how many i would trade for leftovers

I just started with IV breeding, so sadly I dont have anything great to offer.
My first test subject was a Bulbasaur. Managed to get one with 3 egg moves and 4 IVs, then I learned that even starters can pass down pokeballs, so mine felt somewhat incomplete and I stopped breeding it.
You happen to have a female one with a nestball and 3-4 IVs, so I can continue breeding it? Ability doesn't matter.
The only thing I could give you are female Amauras with 3-4 IVs. Got those left from my 2. breed project.

I actually haven't started the bulbasaur project yet, due to catching up with my requests, and finding things to trade for. May I ask what egg moves you have on it?
