I will start simple here: Upon white-listing you get 6 months of use. And those 6 months are renewed everytime you pick someone (regardless of when the battle is actually finished). If you are subbed, that mentoring you picked will be ignored, which means that if the previous mentoring you picked were more than 6 months ago (ignored the one you were subbed at), then you will be suspended. Stay suspended for more than a month (counting from the post the suspension is declared) and your privilegies will be revoked entirely and you will need to redo the course.
And yes: refs and non-refs will receive the exact same treatment. This is a privilege. It is illogical that I take it down easily for the people who commited more.

BTW, I reserve the right to short the time from 6 to less months if the queue demands so (although I don't intend to anytime soon if things go my way). Also I reserve the right to cut down people without needing to suspend in case of too much mistakes made or too much johnness on self-refs. On that note G0LD, you are walking on thin ice since the DQ vs Lucy (or FMD can't remember who it was). Just FYI.
