Let's give this a shot why don't we. Our very own Team Tournament's second appearance came with a Predictions Tournament for all of you to 1) Vie for a chance to get a Master Ball and 2) convert all that CC to UC.
Rules
~ Participating costs 5 CC. This is one-time fee.
~ Once the matchups for the round are up, you may PM me your predictions for who will win.
~ You may also bet 5 extra CC on individual matches.~ Predictions are for each individual battle, not the entire Group.
~ All predictions must be in before the first battle goes up. Any predictions sent after that will be ignored. This will be applied after Round 1 is completed due to the late timing of this post. Round 1 predictions are expected to be in by April 8th, 2016 at 11:59 PM CDT.
~ When sending in predictions and bets for a round, include the link to the PCT claim where the 5 CC for entry is being/was paid.
Prizes
~ Bets will be rewarded as such: The pool will be converted from 5 CC:3 UC (rounded up), then distributed evenly and rounded up.
~ The winner will get a Master Ball if they got at least 75% of all predictions correct. Then, the runner-up gets 1/2 the pool converted to UC, with 3rd taking 1/3, and 4th taking 1/6
~ Otherwise, the winner gets 1/2 the pool converted to UC, with the runner-up taking 1/3, and the third placer taking 1/6
~ In case of a tie for 1st, whoever has made the most correct bets wins. If they are still tied after that, well then they both win.
~ In the event of a tie, the tied players will average out the amounts for their positions (so for example if there's a tie for second, both get 5/12 of the pool. The next gets 1/6).
