My Lovrina team shall have a pink theme! Wigglytuff, Gorebyss, and Cherrim so far.

When playing UU in general, is there a limit as too the amount of BL Pokemon that you are allowed to use? And if so, how many?

BL literally means "pokemon banned from UU" so in a real UU match you can't use any BL pokemon. You have to learn a good definition of the tiers otherwise you will piss people if you battle them with pokemon of a different tier.
Well I'm not gonna question the analysis author but IMO steel moves offer poor coverage and shouldn't be used without STAB so I don't think Wigglytuff would be very good with Gyro Ball, specially with a less than stellar base 70 attack.
For SRing the DS you have to press L+R+Select+Start, for the GBA it is A+B+Select+Start.

i think you´re asking about if a fast poke using whirlwind will attack before a slower foe, and the answer is no, because the negative priority, i recommend you to check obi´s guide about move´s priority.

It works fine, I have an R4 and I do it all the time. I don't know what the problem is but try updating your BIOS and see what happens.
There is not a smogon policy on cloning, you have to make that kind of agreements with the people you are trading with.
Most people don't mind any kind of cloning and is generally accepted to trade clones so you don't lose the pokemon you bred.
One last thing, nothing that involves an AR is "legit", people just accept some things and others not but it varies from person to person (there are some that don't even like AR cloning).
