Yes.[M528]: Physical Electric PP: 15 Power: 90 / Accuracy: 100 Effect: Returns to user 1/4 of HP lost by opponent due to this attack (recoil).
Is this Wild Bolt? If not, what is Wild Bolt.

I would like to know as well. I guess the whole Ice type power and defense boost thing was a hoax, but with all the weather changes, I can't help but wonder if there are any changes with it. Hail is still seemingly stuck in the ice age...Does anyone know if Hail changed at all this generation?
"Hydro Wave" is actually Sludge Wave. Hedoro is sludge in japanese, XD. Haidoro is hydro in japanese. What is Hydro Wave?
[M482]Sludge Wave: Special Poison PP: 10 Power: 95 / Accuracy: 100 Effect: May poison opponent. (10%)
I was under the impression that 'Coil' was Tsutarja's signature. I could very easily be wrong though.Actually Pokabu and Mijumaru gets an exclusive move(all except tsuarja, how unfortunate...). Pokabu gets a fire physical move called Heat Stamp. The heavier it is, the more damage it deals. Mijumaru, of course, gets the move Shell Blade. It's a physical move, Base Power 75, with a chance to lower the opponent's Defense.
Nope, Arbok and several other snake-like pokemon can learn it, XD.I was under the impression that 'Coil' was Tsutarja's signature. I could very easily be wrong though.
Yeah, Nitro Charge can help it out. Like Sub Charge Rotom. So I'm guessing Flareon got screwed again?
Though really, with its stat distributions, is there anything that could help it?
XD Figures. What does Grass Mixer do again? >.>Nope, Arbok and several other snake-like pokemon can learn it, XD.
And I forgot about Grass Mixer. Grass Mixer is Tsarja's signature move.
Eh, it does get Guts from the Dream World, which opens up the possibility of a Toxic Orb Guts set. However, such Flareon wouldn't have access to moves like Superpower, which makes its usefulness questionable. So... I suppose it pretty much did, yeah.So I'm guessing Flareon got screwed again?

You rotate on your move select screen. Basically if you want to use a certain pokemon, you rotate them to the front and use a move. But it is all in the same turn. After both sides have picked their move, the rotations happen first, and then move execution.Has anyone done any Rotation Battles? I'm dying to learn the mechanics for that...
I know Serebii has a paragraph bout it, but it doesn't say much...It says rotating doesn't use up your turn, but what order is it in? Do you pick to rotate, then you and your opponent rotate at the same time, then pick your attack?
No, there doesn't seem to be any such thing.Does anyone know if there will be stealth rock moves of other types this gen?
I believe this thread has what you want (or links to it anyway):Is there a list anywhere that states which [M] does what? Same for the effects([E])
And is there a complete TM list yet?
EDIT @above No, there won´t be any new SR moves and even Stealth Rock TM is gone, iirc.
Thx^^ Btw now I have another question: In your last link, there is something about Base Exp and EV yield for each Pokemon. I know what EV are, obviously, but I don´t get the things written in there, like EV yield: 1128 for Janobii. And this EV yield 2:0. What exactly does that mean?I believe this thread has what you want (or links to it anyway):

TMs: Not sure about a list of them of them, but there is this list of what Pokemon learns each TM:
