Round 1 - Fuck boosters
Balanced Hackmons is a pretty bulky tier, which means that you can't always just boost - you need some sort of augmenting ability like Contrary or Speed Boost. But what if these were gone?
For this round, Contrary, Simple, Speed Boost, and Moody are banned.

Sleep is pretty dominant in BH. Fuck that shit. For this round, Spore, Dark Void, Hypnosis, Lovely Kiss, Sleep Powder, Sing, and Grasswhistle are banned. Yawn is not banned because Yawn can be played around, and Relic Song is not banned due to the relatively low sleep chance and possible strategies with it (lol). The Round 1 bans do not carry over - feel free to use Contrary!
