Hey, for the BW2 Walkthrough Tournament, could you clarify the following?
(1) Are EVs allowed? If so, how many?
(2) Are Egg Moves allowed?
(3) Are we allowed to change our starter between rounds?

1) Yes, 510 for simplicity sake.
2) Only when you get to the Daycare (which Im sure isnt till after the elite 4
3) No, you keep the same starter in between rounds.
