Welcome to Smogon! Take a moment to read the Introduction to Smogon for a run-down on everything Smogon, and make sure you take some time to read the global rules.
"Hmm, so you're going to do a better job at reffing. Lesee, you have a Gym Match, and three TLRs that you haven't reffed for at least a week..."
"Dang it, shut up before Texas overhears you!"
"At any rate, I think I made a minor goof, Texas, you already have Stealth Rocks on Rediamond's side of the field thanks to Pyroak setting them up before Volc offed him. Since this was due to a mistake on my part on forgetting to put it there, I'll allow you to reorder."
Welcome back! We had a...brief intermission, but now we're back on track! Last round Stratagem started tearing Flare apart. Can Rediamond come back from the brink here?
Flare, seeing the end coming a mile away, starts glowing with a red aura of determination. It looks like it's trying to Endure all the hits for this round! Stratagem, seeing the writing on the wall, sends a yellowish ball of energy towards Flare. Apparently, this Disabled Flare's Giga Drain. I wonder what Stratagem could possibly be planning here?
Stratagem gets the first move this time, as he sends another Ancientpower Flare's way. Flare doesn't take this kindly though, and she decides to blast Stratagem with an Energy Ball. Come to think of it, why didn't Rediamond use Solarbeam here? Eh, it's not too important, but Stratagem is clearly reeling from that Energy Ball.
Not wanting to take another hit like that, Stratagem erects a green Protective barrier in front of itself. Just in time too, as Flare's next Energy Ball bounces off of it almost immediately after.
With this round coming to a close, Flare is barely hanging on for dear life! I think we all know what's going to happen next, and I think Flare has done an excellent job this match. Can Rediamond use Flare's momentum here to make a comeback? Find out in two rounds!

Not much to say for this round folks. Stratagem just pokes the exhausted Flare with a quick Swift strike and down it goes. This ends with the battle 2-3 in Texas's favor. However, he can't rest on his laurels, he isn't that far ahead, and Stratagem is just about to drop. Who will take the initiative to win this match? Stay tuned to find out!

Welcome back everyone! Last round we saw Texas finish off Flare the Volcarona with a swift...well Swift. But for this round, Rediamond has sent out Corpus, the Heracross to take revenge! That said, those Stealth Rocks have taken quite a chunk off of Heracross's hp. Can Stratagem even hope to survive!
Well, Stratagem certainly intends to get at least something out of this round, as it starts setting up an Enduring aura. Corpus doesn't wait for long though as he smashes Stratagem with a powerful slam attack! That Brick Break attack sent Stratagem reeling, and I think it would have been knocked out if it hadn't been for that Endure attack!
Stratagem, intending to do some damage before the end, launches some of it's Hidden Power at the Heracross. Wait, is that Hidden Power Flying on that Stratagem? I get the feeling Texas trained this Stratagem just for this match! Regardless of why it has Hidden Power Flying, Stratagem launches it at Heracross, and it does an absolute ton of damage. No wonder Rediamond is having so much trouble if his best rock answer takes this much damage from a relatively simple flying attack. That said, Corpus has had enough of this Stratagem, so he spews out some Toxic fluid that goes past the Endure and knocks Stratagem out!
Rediamond has evened the score at 2-2...however he is definitely behind because between Stealth Rock and that one Hidden Power, almost half of Corpus's health has been taken down! I hope he has a plan, because at this rate Texas is almost certain to win. Can Rediamond find a way to stay in this match, or will Texas make good use of his momentum to take home the badge! Stay tuned to find out!

Welcome back viewers! Last round we saw Orcus the Heracross wreck Texas's Stratagem. Hilariously enough, before the round begins all sorts of stuff is happening. Texas starts by sending out HulaCloverPig the Emboar to the stage...I'm just going to call him Hula for consistency sake. However, Rediamond decides to counter switch into his famed Aurumoth Destroyer of Worlds (calling him Destroyer). The weird thing is that it doesn't even try to use it's illusion...maybe it's trying to disguise itself as an Aurumoth? Texas doesn't want that matchup for whatever reason and decided to switch again into Rocky, the Metagross. The trainers have been quite busy working on their switching, but the Stealth Rocks have also been hard at work hurting both sides and punishing them for switching. So there you have it, we're seeing Destroyer the Aurumoth vs. Rocky the Metagross, this could be interesting.
Destroyer doesn't like the idea of Rocky doing whatever it wants, so Destroyer launches some ghostly flames at the Metagross. Thanks to Destroyer's ability it lands without a fuss, and the Will-o-Wisp burns Rocky. However, Texas was prepared for this, and simply orders Rocky to begin the assault with special moves instead. The first one of these is a ball of shadows that launches into Destroyer with quite a bit of force. It seems that one hurt especially badly because of that Expert Belt of Rocky's.
Destroyer then decides to soften Rocky's blows by setting up a golden reflective screen! It seems this Light Screen will do wonders for keeping it safe, as Rocky starts charging up a move. In a flash, it fires a beam of silver light at Destroyer. However, the Flash Cannon didn't do that much as much damage as Texas was hoping, as some of the light was reflected off the screen. Even so, Rocky still has a lead on the damage race.
That may change soon though, as Destroyer sends up a light into the sky. It seems that it has made a Wish to restore it's hit points later on! Ah so that must be Rediamond's game, he seems to be planning on stalling out this Metagross until he can get some healing going. Rocky isn't sitting there idly though, as it fires another Shadow Ball at Destroyer, though it doesn't hurt as much as it did previously thanks to the Light Screen.
And with that, the round's over. I have to wonder what Rediamond is thinking with his stalling tactics this round. Yes he's successfully set up a light screen and burned a physical attacker, but he's taken an awful lot of damage in the process, enough that I'm not sure it's quite worth it to him at this stage. I'd say Texas definitely has the advantage here, but how long will it last? Stay tuned to find out!

Welcome back folks! Last round we witnessed a lot of switching, and Destroyer taking a lot of damage. Can Rediamond pull ahead this round? Let's find out!
...What's this? Rocky seems to be charging up for something. Well, Destroyer, not expecting too much out of the ordinary and figuring a Wish is coming his way, simply goes on the offensive by throwing red orbs at Rocky. It did decent damage but...woah what the----
KABOOM!
Wow, that shook the arena quite a bit. It seems Texas just decided to use a Big Bang combination to take down that Aurumoth before that Wish could kick in! That dealt tremendous damage to both the combatants and the arena, and Destroyer is down for the count, but so is Rocky! I definitely did not see that one coming!
As we conclude...well what's there to say beyond what's already been said? For the next round though, we have two very strong fighters coming up. Texas definitely has the advantage in HP, though I think with smart play and the fact that he's ordering second Rediamond might be able to pull off a victory. Personally, I don't think that was the most efficient way to use Metagross, but I don't think Texas was really going for efficiency there. What will happen? Stay tuned and find out!
