fully invested scizor uses Bullet Punch on Protean Greninja which has turned to Ice Type. It does only 59%

252+ Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Greninja: 75-88 (26.2 - 30.7%) -- guaranteed 4HKO

it should do 4 times the above calc, leading to a OHKO
How do you know that it wasn't fully invested in Defence and HP? - [252 Atk Technician Scizor Bullet Punch vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Greninja: 200-236 (57.4 - 67.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO]

Because then Greninja couldn't have done so much damage to Scizor.
I also got confirmation from my opponent that it was not indeed a defensive Greninja. And you calc is wrong, my Scizor was Adamant.

Fair enough. But making the Scizor Adamant wouldn't have made that much of a difference anyway.

Mud Sport and Water sport still have their Generation V effect whilst it changed in Generation VI, From veekun:

The user covers itself with mud. It weakens Electric-type moves while the user is in the battle.

The user covers itself with mud. This weakens Electric-type moves for five turns.

A guy used Entrainment from Durant against my Gengar. I was able to switch out of his Arena Trap Dugtrio the next turn. He said that he had used the strategy successfully in previous matches so he know he has the right abilities on both Pokemon. This was reported earlier in the thread but was unanswered.
Ghost types cannot be trapped in any way as of Gen 6, so Gengar can ignore Arena Trap regardless of its ability.

In RBY there are a few glitches with the move 'wrap' and its counterpart 'clamp'.- On the second wrap on a pokemon it will do much more damage than the first, especially if it was super effective on the previous pokemon.
- It 'rolls over' PP if you keep switching in and out.

Could you provide a replay or a screenshot of this happening?

There seems to be a glitch with Protean. I tested this in X and Y and it does not happen. When Greninja used Hydro Cannon or Hyper Beam in Showdown, the recharge turn would affect Protean. So, for example, after the recharge for Hydro Cannon, it's no longer the Water type, it becomes unspecified. Seen here

This is fixed now, it will be live after the next server restart.

I believe what you are seeing is Min-Max damage, not a bug. Here's an example of that from the damage calculator: 252+ Atk Cloyster Ice Shard vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Exeggutor: 96-114 (24.3 - 28.9%). Each move does not do a set amount of damage, it will vary slightly each turn.
If the target switches out before Clamp's duration ends, Clamp will automatically be used against the incoming Pokémon, deducting an additional PP from the move.
This is why the PP rolled over, because your opponent kept switching Pokemon (The move does not trap your opponent in Gen 1)

How long was it between those two rankings? The Showdown ladder is supposed to decay slowly over time.

EDIT: If you delete the post I was responding to, the thread gets a little confusing...

using power herb fly on a mon that already died (to entry hazard damage) creates a permanent sprite of the thing that died behind whatever is currently on the field. not sure if this is just fly, or related to the use of the power herb on something that doesnt exist. the PH was also used, i dunno if that is supposed to happen

Banette mega lacks the ability prankster, this seems to happen on and off, ive looked around and can't find any explanation so i assume its a bug, also when hovering over its stats during a battle, its attack is 361 (or thereabouts) but i have ev'd it to have 472 (or thereabouts) attack... basically max attack.
as shown here... http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-107591765

Speed related things from normal to mega don't change for the first turn.
Turn order is determined as soon as attacks are selected. This accounts for speed and abilities at the very start of that turn.
The battle phase had already started and therefore the turn order was decided. It will not change mid-way due to you changing your ability when mega-evolving.

Move order is determined before you mega evolve - since Banette doesn't have Prankster before the mega evolution, Substitute is treated as a 0 priority move. Also the stats are likely only a graphical bug, the Banette itself probably had the correct attack.

Destiny Bond is unaffected by Pressure. Enemy used Destiny Bond 6 times when max pp is 8 (which means 4 under pressure): http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-107881559
Bulbapedia said:
When a Pokémon with Pressure is targeted by a foe's move, one additional PP is deducted upon execution.
Veekun said:
Moves targeting this Pokémon use one extra PP.
I can go on and on with this. This isn't a bug, because Destiny Bond targets the user, not the opponent.
