Both in pokeballs Dragonite has Extreme speed and Aqua Jet, Sableye has recover and yes i can clone

I'll just do Raikou for Lucario. Raikou isn't redistributable (I got semi-redis from the owner) but that Adamant Luxury Ball Lucario is everywhere, so I believe it's fully redistributable. Is it okay if I put Lucario up in my thread as Fully Redis? I'll add you now.
