I was stuck between Birkal's and M-Q's, but I went with Birkal's because Necturna's line only has two Pokemon; the base and the final stage. It doesn't seem likely that M-Q's miniturna could evolve directly into Necturna because it's so small and underdevoloped, I feel like there has to be a middle stage for M-Q's submission to work.

That's what I tried to argue at the end of the first poll! I mean, I certainly don't relish in that because there were some great designs other than Mos-Quitoxe's submission, but the result is the result. Mos-Quitoxe's art submission is the chosen concept art for Necturna's pre-evo!
