CAP 5th Generation Revamp: Pyroak

I think that the logic behind the removal of Blaze Kick/Leaf Blade is that Pyroak has become mainly a physical attacker; with the removal of a "B move" (that is, a move to use to avoid consecutive EN penalty) for each of its STABs, it becomes more likely that people will utilize Pyroak's Special movepool. Doesn't seem to make *that* much sense for flavor, either.

Assuming other moves removed are part of "nerf it because it's two strongth" as well.
 
Okay, I'm looking at this purely from a flavour stand-point with Blaze Kick: Although Pyroak doesn't look like it's a very good jumper, I wouldn't say the same about its Pre-evo, Flarelm. I could definately imagine that thing doing some Kick Boxing/Mixed Martial Arts.

And it should be noted that Dusknoir can use Mega Kick, despite lacking any to do so. Wooper can use Ice Punch and Shroomish can learn both Drain and Focus Punch, despite lacking any arms to do so. The justice here is that, somewhere in their evolutionary line, the move is usable.

As for the lacking of a large enough leaf for Leaf Blade, feel free to point out the leaf used by Serperior and Virizion (although it is based on a Musketeer, so it makes sense). There is no reason that I can think of that the leaf tail can't be used for the attack, despite the size. Size matters not.

This is, as I said, purely from a flavour standpoint. Feel free to criticise and disregard, but it's disscussion, and that's my opinion.

No Abilities have changed. Blaze Kick is still an Egg Move, Flash Cannon is still a TM.
