In my view, it can have any move it likes as long as it isn't a Grass-type or an Electric-type, because if it doesn't, Suicune will stop it regardless, and pretty much be a 100% check. That is more than most of OU these days.

Just a thought; how much damage would earthquake do to a roosting zapdos? Enough to kill after a stone edge on the switch?
