Mesprit @ Colbur Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
- Healing Wish

Okay first off, this team NEEDS something that doesn't immediately fall to Ground-types. Levitate can patch this up kind of nicely as well as Ice Beam hitting a good majority of the Ground-types in the tier. It also gives this team Stealth Rock, and offensive check to Fighting-types and Healing Wish which is a really cool support tool we can screw around with later.

Tangrowth @ Life Orb
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 124 HP / 252 SpA / 132 Spe
Modest Nature
- Leaf Storm
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Bomb
- Sleep Powder

re-nominating this because if Emboar fails to lure something (which is highly likely considering once LO is revealed they're not switching in something like Seismitoad) we're going to need something to switch in and pressure ground types. Tangrowth is incredibly bulky and checks most physical attackers while also putting on pressure with Sleep Powder and LO boosted attacks.

Wandering Wobbuffet

Braviary @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Brave Bird
- Return
- Superpower
- U-turn

With manectric and emboar taking on bulkier teams scarf braviary performs well against offense. Not only that it provides a useful ground immunity as well as creating a pretty nice volt-turn core alongside manectric. It also takes on hitmonlee pretty well which is so far a pretty big threat to the team.

Edit: ALSO BRAVE BIRD

Sigilyph @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psyshock
- Heat Wave
- Roost
- Energy Ball

Sigilyph soft checks Hitmonlee, provides a switch-in to ground-type moves, and doesn't have to rely on hit-and-run takes to KO most of them. It doesn't get worn down by Stealth Rock and Life Orb, something both Emboar and Manectric struggle with. Offense has a really hard time switching into Sigilyph as its coverage allows it to threaten most of the tier and take advantage of weak mons to roost. Braviary can't switch in on Mega Steelix when it switches in against Manectric, which, albeit somewhat unlikely, is still plausible.

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
- Toxic
- Refresh

Not exactly a Ground resist, but Blastoise checks Rhyperior and friends well enough, and provides Rapid Spin support for later teammates, as well as our 2 other teammates in Manectric and Emboar, who don't like being worn down by hazards and LO recoil. Personally I think Tangrowth is the only choice here but this is a nice alternative for later. Also has Fire resist :o

Definitely going with this for the next mon:

Seismitoad @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Earth Power
- Toxic

Seismitoad does 3 extremely useful things for this team. It gives stealth rock support, (as zelfie mentioned) a solid answer to fletchinder, and a head smash switchin. Also completes a nice FWG with emboar and tangrowth.

Blastoise @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Rapid Spin
- Scald
- Toxic
- Refresh / Ice Beam

Gonna go with this mon again, since Blastoise provides useful Spin support, checks Fletch and other Fire-types, and can also spread status with Toxic and Scald burns. Also provides a neat secondary Ground switchin and we can use a Stealth Rock user after we add Blastoise.

The Wall (Registeel) @ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpD
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Seismic Toss
- Toxic
- Protect

Not much to say about this, standart steath rock sp.def registeel with nice but almost pointless defensive ev's, I think the main purpose of it is too resist strong normal and psyquich hits that the team doesn't hadnle (Boomburst ftw) ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶I̶'̶m̶ ̶p̶r̶o̶b̶a̶b̶l̶y̶ ̶g̶o̶n̶n̶a̶ ̶v̶o̶t̶e̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶b̶r̶a̶n̶d̶o̶n̶'̶s̶ ̶b̶l̶a̶s̶t̶o̶i̶s̶e̶ ̶t̶b̶h̶ ̶f̶a̶m̶ ̶ we could use something to take fire hits too :]

Musharna @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 240 HP / 252 Def / 16 SpD
Bold Nature
- Baton Pass
- Psyshock
- Moonlight
- Thunder Wave

so right now, the team is really weak to fighting mons, which means scarf medi and lo hitmonlee have the chance to kill something every time it gains a free turn. musharna patches that weakness while not losing momentum with the use of baton pass. it baits in stuff like spiritomb which can be beat by baton passing into emboar and getting a free hit off.
