Pokemon: Kyogre
Nickname: 4x+5y>9000
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Surf
- Thunder
Standard Anti-Blissey sweeper. Max special attack allows it to show its immense power, while max hp allows it to to have the magic number of 404 HP. And Calm Mind boosts its high special attack to new heights - as well as being able to absorb special attacks more and more. Substitute allows it to set up on Blissey very easily and can help deliver a double KO to an enemy uber team ( one on Blissey and one on the pokemon that comes out next). Surf is its STAB attack and Thunder helps with countering other Kyogre, and is 100% accurate in rain. Adding to that, Thunder also has a chance of paralysis - something it can easily take advantage of.
Pokemon: Forretress (M)
Nickname: 2x+7y = 10000
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 12 Atk / 244 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Bug]
- Rapid Spin
- Spikes
Spiker/spinner. Spikes allows it to damage to those who switch in which lack the flying type or levitate ability. Hidden Power Bug is its STAB attack and is very effective against the many psychic types in Ubers. Rapid Spin allows spikes to be spun and thus stop damage as long as they are no longer on the field. Finally, explosion is for when it is either low on HP or a significant threat is unleashed. Either way, it generally takes a pokemon with it. It hax max hp to maximise its defenses, whilst 244 Special Defense Evs allow it to survive one thunder from a 1+ SAtk Deoxys Attacking Forme. The rest of the evs are focused into attack to deliver the most powerful HP Bugs and explosion.
Pokemon: Metagross
Nickname: 20x+20y+40z<1
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP / 132 Atk / 44 Def / 80 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Explosion
- Meteor Mash
- Sleep Talk
Multi-purpose Metagross. Meteor Mash is its main STAB attack and does decent damage to a lot of ubers. Earthquake allows it to do good damage to those who resist Meteor Mash. Sleep Talk allows it to absorb sleep from Smeargle. And Explosion allows it to beat a significant threat or pave way for a pokemon to be brought out. 252 HP gives it a lot of defensive strength. The additional 44 defense Evs allow it to survive a 1DD/CB Rayquaza Earthquake while the 80 Special defense evs allow it to not be 2HKOed by Thunder from Mewtwo. The rest of the evs are poured into attack for damage purposes.
Pokemon: Blissey (F)
Nickname: 100x+20y < 1200
Item: Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Aromatherapy
- Icy Wind
- Softboiled
- Toxic
Special Wall/Calm Minder Counter. With Assistance from Ho-oh, this can be very good at countering the majority of Calm Minders. Toxic allows it to wear a pokemon down and thus force a switch or faint. Icy Wind lowers the foe's speed - particularly useful in dealing with the odd Latios and Latias with Refresh and even Taunt Mewtwo. This will then give Ho-oh a chance to come in and KO one of the twins and Blissey the chance to toxic Taunt Mewtwo. Soft Boiled is for recovery and Aromatherapy is to heal the paralysis and poison that her team mates might pick up. 4 HP along with 252 Special Defense evs allow Blissey to not be 2HKOed by a +3 SAtk Mewtwo. The rest of the evs are added to maximise Defense which allow it to survive a +1 Atk STAB Earthquake from Groudon - not that it will be staying on it. It mainly allows Blissey to scout a Choice Band Rayquaza's moves.
Pokemon: Latios (M)
Nickname: 3x+3y>3z
Item: Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Recover
- Thunderbolt
Calm Mind Sweeper. Calm Mind increases its insane special attack beyond Soul Dew already multiplying it by 1.5. The downside it doesn't have leftovers; but it can regain health through Recover, which allows it to regain half of its maximum HP. It also has ice beam - mainly for countering Groudon and Rayquaza. While Thunder is its more powerful attack which is especially affective against Metagross, Kyogre, Ho-oh and even Lugia. Like for most special sweepers, special attack is maximised to give an horrific stat of 591 special attack. Max speed is used so it can outspeed Jolly Rayquaza as well as helping it speed tie with other Latios. The remaining evs are left in HP to make it that much more bulky.
Pokemon: Ho-oh
Nickname: y>800+x
Item: Choice Band
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Brave Nature (+Atk, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Hidden Power [Flying]
- Sacred Fire
- Shadow Ball
Physical Sweeper. Earthquake is a powerful attack and OHKOs any non-bulky Metagrosses and Jirachis. Hidden Power Flying is its main STAB attack and does significant damage to most pokemon the opponent can bring out. Sacred Fire is there to scare Forretress and Shadow ball is for the OHKO on the Latis and Mewtwo. It can also do large amounts of damage on Lugia. Since Ho-oh is slow, it's most likely not going to outspeed anything with speed evs invested into it, so max hp is chosen instead. Like most CBers, maximum attack is preferable to 2HKO a decent amount of threats. Finally the remaining 4 evs are put into speed so it can outspeed those slow Kyogre/Groudon.
