I am giving this 48 hours—The stat boosts vote, with the before/after w/r multiplier vote vetoed will have no real impact on the vote—until this goes to a vote. Unless objected to, the slate should look like this:

Implement zarator's method
Implement the fractional method
Retain the current method[/BOX]
I probably missed something, but w/e. If anyone has anything else to say, speak now.
 
Well the vote for the value of the damage boost may affect some decisions, but I think that's already reached a majority for 2, so ... other than changing the last option to "Retain the current method" (which is 1 crit = total bypass iirc), I can't see any problems here.

Updated the slate to Objection's recommendations.

Anyhow, that is 49 & a bit hours since I posted the warning, so we are done here now. On to the vote.
