Faylion sends in his Melodic for its debut performance, while deadfox sends out Flintlock. Flintlock appears to be faster and Confuses Melodic before it can confuse him. Melodic seems to hear Faylion wrong and starts hitting itself rather than Flintlock. Flintlock, seeing this opening to attack, pulls off an electrical punch, hurting Melodic, but also making her realise her situation. She uses a powerful Jet of boiling water to badly hurt Flintlock. Flintlock pulls off another ThunderPunch to hurt Melodic more, and Melodic seems like she, unlike the boiling water, needs to cool down.

Round Two
Flintlock continues the same way as before, with a Ray of Confusion, which confused Melodic. This time, however, Melodic could concentrate and make her own Confusing Ray. Flintlock was unable to concentrate and Hit himself in confusion, while Melodic seemed to be able to actually concentrate, despite being an ugly fish, and shot a Boiling Jet of Water at Flintlock, making him realise what he was doing. He Covered his hands in Lightning and struck Melodic. This made her completely realise what she was doing and she shot another Boiling Jet of Water at Flintlock. Faylion and Melodic seemed to have done better than deadfox and Flintlock this round, but it's close.
