just a couple more things / clarifications!

Moves: remove "Ice" from "ice and steel pokemon", remove that Dragon Tail is a good physical stab and just say that it's good for phazing out and does decent damage

everything else looks significantly better! it's still a little bit awkward, but GP can help with that. Do this little stuff and i'll stamp =)
I have done this.

And yes, sorry, English isn't my first language..

  • Goodra does not have any reliable recovery move, so it has to stick to Rest if it wants to recover.

Set Details
========

  • Sap Sipper is chosen over Gooey because it gives Goodra an immunity and an attack boost that boosts up Dragon Tail.

  • Pokemon that can easily switch in physical Dragon-type attackers, such as Forretress and Florges will work; Goodra really can't stand up to these Pokemon.
  • Any Pokemon that can lay down entry hazards, such as Swampert and Roserade will be excellent, as Goodra can easily force switches by using Dragon Tail.

  • Rest + Sleep Talk
  • Thunderbolt/Thunder

Checks & Counters

**Bulky Fairy types** Fairy types such as Florges or Togekiss can easily stall Goodra out without effort, or just KO it directly with a Fairy-type move.
**Special walls** Special walls such as Blissey tanks Goodra's hits and can stall it out after.
**Strong physical attackers** Strong, physical attackers with an advantage over Goodra such as Haxorus, Krookodile, Mienshao and Psyshock Alakazam can easily get rid of Goodra.

Goodra is outsped by all other Dragon type Pokémon in its tier, making it no match for physical Dragon types.
Also, Goodra lacks reliable recovery, as its Rest is the only option is rest. if Goodra wants to recover, so it has to depend on that.

Moves
========

Draco Meteor is Goodra's main move; it's a STAB move that has tremendous power and Goodra gets STAB from it. However, you can't spam Draco Meteordepend on the powerful Dragon-typed move, because it drops Goodra's Sspecial Sattack by 2 stages, which weakens all of its special not Draco Meteor only, but also the two other Specil moves. Fire Blast has great high base power and grants coverage against Steel Pokemon, such as Forretress and Jirachi, that are otherwise eager to switch inmight be common switch-ins. Sludge Bomb has a good 30% chance to leave poison on the opponent and also covers Goodra's its weakness to Fairy a bit, and also can spread poison. Dragon Tail is a good phazing move that does a decent amount of damage and stops most special threats from setting up. Thunderbolt grants coverage against Water and Flying-type Pokemon, and has also has good Base Power. Power Whip is a move with high Base Power as well and hits Ground- and Water-type Pokemon better such as Swampert and Quagsire harder.

Set Details
========

Sap Sipper as ability is chosen over Gooey because it grants Goodra an immunity to Grass-type moves, and an the attack boost that boosts up Dragon Tail, that is very useful. Assault Vest gives an extra defensive boost to Goodra's special side, allowings Goodrait to tank any unboosted Sspecial hit in any matchupfrom any opponent. 252 EVs invested in Special Attack plusand a Modest Nnature ensure that Goodra hits as hard as it canthe hardest it is capable of. The EVs invested in HP and Defense add up toaugment Goodra's terrifying bulk.

Usage Tips
========

Switch Goodra in when a special Pokemon is on the field, such as Roserade and Milotic, so it can tank their hits and strike back with a super effective move. Another good time to option for switching in Goodra is when athe opposing special threat, such as Suicune, opponent is boosting their stats, such as Suicune, so it can force switches by using Dragon Tail. Goodra is a good switch-in to Grass-types, as it is immune to their Grass-type STABs do no damage and boosts Goodra's attack, alsowhich powersing up Dragon Tail as well.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that can easily switch in to physical Dragon-type attackers, such as Forretress and Granbull, will work well; Goodra really can't stand up to these Pokemon. (Implied, and it refers to Forretress and Granbull rather than physical Dragon-types.) Pokemon that can lay down entry hazards, such as Swampert and Roserade, will be are also excellent, as Goodra can easily force switches by using Dragon Tail and rack up damage from entry hazards hurt Pokemon on the switch. Slow Volt Switch or U-turn will help Goodra too, since they grant Goodra a safe switch-in so it can to launch a powerful attack after.

Other Options
########

Running Rest +and Sleep Talk is an option that gives Goodra recovery and can be used in combination with Dragon Tail, as Sleep Talk can use Dragon Tail without negative priority. Thunderbolt offers coverage against Water-types, while Thunder does the same offers the same coverage as Thunderbolt but with a higher base power, more chance to paralyze, and less accuracy.(Given that Thunderbolt is in the moves section, it doesn't need to be mentioned in OO.) Ice Beam or Blizzard can be used as additional coverage, but this coverage is mostly redundantto stop other Dragons if it manages to tank a hit from them, or just hit another variety of types.(Ice Beam isn't to hit dragons, that's what Draco Meteor is for.) Dragon Pulse can be chosen over Draco Meteor; as it has less power, but is more dependable as it doesn't cripple Goodra withfrom the Special Attack drop after. The same option exists with Same counts for Flamethrower,; it has less power than Fire Blast but is more accuratedependable because it has more accuracy. But, Sludge Wave, on the other hand, is the opposite; It has more power than Sludge Wave, but less chance to poisonof poisoning, so that's an option to choose over Sludge Bomb. Physical Choice Band is decent, as Goodra has good base attack and a good movepool for it, but Goodra's special sets are generally better.locks it in only one move, and besides, Goodra's Special Attack is better. Choice Specs is also a decent option, but being locked in to one move is unreliablealso locks it into one move, where you can't really depend on. Curse is an option to boost up Goodra's physical Attack and Defense, that allows it to take some hits from Dragons and can strike back with Dragon Tail, but isn't really worth it because the Speed drop makes Goodrait more vulnerable againstfor slow, offensivephysical attackers. Gooey is an option to slow down physical attackers, and Hydration can be used on a Rain team in conjunction with rest.

Downpoint for Sadly, Goodra is that it's outsped by all other Dragon-(AH)type Pokemon in the tier, making it no match for these so it loses to most physical Dragons. this sounds a bit odd, so I'll let another GPer deal with it
Goodra is outsped by all other Dragon type Pokémon in its tier, making it no match for physical Dragon types. Rest is the only option if Goodra wants to recover, so it has to depend on that. You say the outspeed part twice, and the Rest comment fits better in moves / OO (also its only set is Assault Vest)

Dragon Tail is a good phazing move that does a decent amount of damage and stops most special threats from setting up. Thunderbolt grants coverage against Water-(AH) and Flying-type Pokemon, and has also has good Base Power. Power Whip is a move with has high Base Power as well,(AC) and hits Ground-type Pokemon better such as Swampert and Quagsire harder.

Set Details

Sap Sipper as ability is chosen over Gooey because it grants Goodra an immunity to Grass-type moves, and gives it an Attack boost that boosts up strengthens Dragon Tail, that is very useful. The EVs invested in HP and Defense add up boost to Goodra's terrifying bulk. I don't like "terrifying" here. Is it terrifyingly good or bad?

Usage Tips
========

Switch Goodra in when a special attacker such as Roserade or Milotic (Milotic isn't very good in UU, so I would ask a QC member to look at that) Pokemon is on the field, such as Roserade and Milotic, so it can tank their hits and strike back with a super effective move. Another good option for switching in Goodra is when a special attacker, such as Suicune, opponent is boosting their its stats, such as Suicune, so it can force switches by using Dragon Tail. Goodra is a good switch-in to Grass-types, as it is immune to their STABs moves and boosts Goodra's attack, also powering up Dragon Tail as well.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that can easily switch in physical Dragon-type attackers, such as Forretress and Granbull will work;, are helpful, as Goodra really can't stand up to these Pokemon. Pokemon that can lay down entry hazards, such as Swampert and Roserade,(AC) will be excellent can be useful, as Goodra can easily force switches rack up damage by using Dragon Tail and hurt Pokemon on the switch in conjunction with the aforementioned entry hazards. Slow I am removing this because, say, I have a Crobat in and you have a Roserade, you will switch out because I OHKO with Brave Bird. Because I know you have to switch, I will use U-turn to get a free switch to whatever comes in. That's why a lot of Choice Scarf Pokemon use U-turn and Volt Switch too Volt Switch or U-turn support will help Goodra too, since they grant Goodra a safe switch so it can launch a powerful attack after.

Other Options
########

Rest + Sleep Talk RestTalk is an option that gives Goodra recovery and can be used in combination with Dragon Tail, as Sleep Talk can use Dragon Tail without negative priority. Thunderbolt offers coverage against Water-types, while Thunder does the same but with a higher base power, more chance to paralyze and less accuracy This is practically a given. It's not useful. Yes, it is more powerful, but there are few situations where I would use Thunder over Thunderbolt. Ask a QC member if that's worth keeping, because I don't think it does much. Ice Beam or Blizzard can be used to stop other Dragons if it manages to tank a hit from them, or just hit another variety of types. Dragon Pulse can be chosen over Draco Meteor as it has less power, but is more dependable as it doesn't cripple from the lower its Special Attack drop after. Same counts for Flamethrower, has less power but is more dependable because it has more accuracy this is in the same boat as Thunder. But, Sludge Wave is the opposite; It has more power, but less chance of poisoning, so that's an option to choose over slightly more powerful than Sludge Bomb, but its lower chance to poison the opponent makes it less useful in most situations. A physical Choice Band is decent, as Goodra has a good base Attack stat and a good movepool for it, but locks it in only one move,. and Besides, Goodra's Special Attack is better. Choice Specs is also a decent option, but also locks it into one move, where you can't really depend on. Curse is an option to boost up Goodra's physical Attack and Defense, that allows it to take some hits from Dragons and can strike back with Dragon Tail, but isn't really worth it because the Speed drop makes it more vulnerable for slow, offensive attackers. Gooey is an option to slow down physical attackers, and Hydration can be used on a rain team.

Physical Choice Band is decent, as Goodra has good base aAttack and a good movepool for it, but Goodra's special sets are generally better. Choice Specs is also a decent option, but being locked in to one move is generally unreliable. Curse is an option to boost up Goodra's physical Attack and Defense, but it isn't really worth it because the Speed drop makes Goodra more vulnerable against slow, offensive attackers. Gooey is an option to slow down physical attackers, andor Hydration can be used on a Rain team in conjuction with Rest.

**Bulky Fairy types** Fairy-types such as Florges or Togekiss can easily stall Goodra out, or just threaten it directly with a Fairy-type move.

**Special walls** Special walls, such as Blissey, tank Goodra's hits and can stall it out.

**Strong physical attackers** Strong, physical attackers with an advantage over Goodra such as Haxorus, Krookodile, and Mienshao can easily get rid of Goodrait. The same applies for special moves that target Goodra's physical defense, like Alakazam's Psyshock.

Overview
########

Goodra's monstrous 150 Special Defense and 90 HP help it excel at taking special attacks, and it can also hit quite hard with its own base 110 Special Attack. Goodra also has access to a wide movepool that allows it to break through many threats. Its ability, Sap Sipper, adds an immunity to Grass-type moves like Giga Drain and Sleep Powder. However, one downpoint of using Goodra is that it's outsped by all other Dragon-type Pokemon in the tier, making it easy to revenge kill. Also, Goodra lacks a more reliable recovery option other than Rest.

Moves
========

Draco Meteor is a STAB move that has tremendous power and is Goodra's main move. However, you can't spam Draco Meteor, because it drops Goodra's Special Attack by 2 stages, which weakens all of its special moves. Fire Blast has high Base Power and grants coverage against Steel-type Pokemon, such as Forretress and Jirachi, that are otherwise eager to switch in. Sludge Bomb covers Goodra's weakness to Fairy-type a bit, and can also spread poison. Dragon Tail is a good phazing move that does a decent amount of damage and stops most special threats from setting up. Thunderbolt also has great Base Power and grants coverage against Water- and Flying-type Pokemon. Power Whip hits Ground-type Pokemon such as Swampert and Quagsire harder.

Set Details
========

Sap Sipper is chosen over Gooey because it grants Goodra an immunity to Grass-type moves, as well as an Attack boost. Assault Vest allows Goodra to tank any unboosted special hit in any matchup. 252 EVs invested in Special Attack and a Modest Nature ensure that Goodra hits as hard as it can. The EVs invested in HP and Defense augment Goodra's terrifying bulk.

Usage Tips
========

Switch Goodra in when a special Pokemon, such as Roserade and Milotic, is on the field, so it can tank their hits and strike back with a super effective move. Another good time to switch in Goodra is when the opposing special threat, such as Suicune, is boosting their stats, because this way it can force switches by using Dragon Tail. Goodra is a good switch-in to Grass-types, as their STABs do no damage and boost Goodra's Dragon Tail.

Team Options
========

Pokemon that can easily switch into physical Dragon-type attackers, such as Forretress and Granbull, will work as Goodra really can't stand up to these Pokemon. Pokemon that can lay down entry hazards, such as Swampert and Roserade, are excellent, as Goodra can easily force switches by using Dragon Tail. Slow Volt Switch or U-turn will help Goodra too, since they grant Goodra a safe switch in, allowing it to launch a powerful attack next turn.

Other Options
########

Running both Rest and Sleep Talk gives Goodra recovery and can be used in combination with Dragon Tail, as Sleep Talk can use Dragon Tail without negative priority. Thunder offers the same coverage as Thunderbolt, but with higher base power, more chance to paralyze, and less accuracy. The same option exists with Flamethrower; it has less power than Fire Blast but is more accurate. Ice Beam or Blizzard can be used as additional coverage, but they are mostly redundant. Sludge Wave, on the other hand, has more power than Sludge Wave, but less chance to poison. Pokemon that can easily switch into physical Dragon-type attackers, such as Forretress and Granbull, will work well as teammates for Goodra as Goodra really can't stand up to these Pokemon (Makes it sound like Goodra can't stand up to Forretress and Granbull as opposed to physical Dragon-type attackers). Pokemon that can lay down entry hazards, such as Swampert and Roserade, are excellent, as Goodra can easily force switches by using Dragon Tail.
