Round 6!
It is kinda interesting how hard it is to get past one bad round. Rediamond suffered a terrible blow on the first round. He managed to strike back somewhat on the second, but not entirely. But the third one came with another tough blow (mostly because of the not-so-good state of red's team after r1 and r2) and red didn't have pokemon left to counterattack.
Knowing how to switch defensive and offensive tactics is crucial, especially on doubles. And having the calm and patience to order considering most possibilities when ordering first is also extremely important.
Unfortunately the challenger didn't show enough of those qualities to be victorious. Mainly because this gym demands a lot from the challengers due to format, and because the leader is terrific at applying pressure. So the result is deserved here. And this gym is showing how ruthless it is. Which is good.
After a swift Fake Out, Sunshine faints and the leader is victorious!
And that was a lot of fluff for one action.
