Heatran Troubles

I am planning on making a heatran, but more bulky and defensive than the usual and was wondering if anyone had a EV suggestion for it. So far it is:

Flash Fire
EV Spread?

Flamethrower
Roar
Earth Power
Explosion

Roar is to get rid of subs and stat raisers.

<p>A more defensive option where EVs are very much flexible. Rather than all out attack, here Heatran's excellent defenses and useful resistances are exploited. Protect will scout the myriad choice item users that could otherwise give you a prediction problem. 180 special attack EVs is the recommended minimum to ensure a OHKO on Metagross (4HP/min). Without a choice item, you can abuse Flash Fire more easily too.</p>
