I particularly agree with gold for what it is worth. The speed order is determined always at the end of the previous action/begining of current action and it seems utterly silly and pedantic to demand that we write "and X is to move before Y based on speed order checking that when speed order is determined at the begining of the action" or something like that every time, given that there is no situation ever this clause will be checked (or any difference will be made) after the end of the previous round when the speed order is determined.

But then again, as the wise Emma says, this is ASB~
