Check if your (Wireless Connection 2) or (Local Area Connection 2 or 3) is enabled
And other 3rd party programs that hosts signals like, Hamachi, logmein, ect; are turned off

I see. Thank you for clarifying. I am also looking to hatch a shiny Froakie. If anyone is able to, I'd REALLY like to oblige. I could not get the program to work on my computer, but I am willing to trade one of my current shinies (Wobbaffet, Octillery) for the shiny Froakie.

Hmm, I seem to be having a different problem. I have no trouble generating the Hotspot. BUT the hotspot has no network or internet access. What is really confusing me is that I was able to do it last night with no trouble whatsoever. And today it is simply not working.
