Your innovation has become too powerful, they fear the eldritch power that is Chef Euphonos.

I've been thinking of doing an Iron Chef.. but I haven't been inspired by this one.. couldn't find a fun Belch user.
!dt Toxicroak?

I won't be at home to update this round tonight, but I should have it up either late in the evening or early tomorrow.

I thought of doing Shuca Berry Belch Toxicroak.. turns out he still gets destroyed by most strong Earthquakes... smh

how* about a tour vs the 8 winners of the building contests ?
Is going to be too long the competition.

Plain offensive team. Slurpuff is my main win con and the team functions all around wearing the opposing team enough so Slurpuff can clean it. Foretress is my other berry user and sure-fire lead. Ampharos tries to grant most of the team's frail teammates to battle with Volt Switch. Snorlax is my status absorber and Suicune check.

Iron Chef Replays:

Judges, you have until Saturday, September 19 to rate these six delicious berry surprises! Remember, anyone who did not compete may judge, and anyone who judges can help pick next round's ingredient.

Before I start judging, let me introduce to you a set that would make you feel crazy, and it is relevant to the Berry Festival round!

Suanni (Darmanitan) @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Zen Mode
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 248 Spe
Timid Nature
- Substitute
- Flame Charge
- Fire Blast
- Psychic

Crazy, isn't it? It's somehow similar as to how you run an Agility SubPetaya Empoleon, but despite the lack of Agility, Darmanitan can still pull off a such a set through Flame Charge. Then, with Zen Mode activated, it gains a Psychic-typing (though too Pursuit bait, but not really given the nature of this set) which gives Darmanitan an extra STAB to boot with. For the numbers, Darmanitan with 248 Speed EV's lets it outrun non-Scarf Jolly Mienshao (and other relevant Base 105's) while it is encased in a Daruma Doll. With 25% remaining health, this is where Petaya Berry kicks in, to boost its Special Attack; blasting everything in sight once the team is weakened enough.

Mahmudkipz Is a dick who watches Gotham instead of talking to me

Creativity: 5/5
Some dank shit on here I really shouldn't even need to justify this lol
Use of theme: 5/5
Literally used 5 berries
Effectiveness: 5/10
This team deserves a 3 for what you have done to the XY queen cathy but I will give you a 5 because u won a game and this team seems to just overload your opponent with memes which is a flawless strat Euphonos
Overall: 15/20

Creativity: 4/5
This ambi pass is p cool honestly and custap reun but the rest of your team is nothing new to me
Use of Theme: 5/5
3 berry mons 2 of which are original the last never being used in uu
Effectiveness 3/10
Actually the slowest team alive except for one mon that even at plus 2 couldnt kill anything at all, this strikes close to home as sceptile is something i tried in XY and I know for a fact its ass, also you have like nothing for offense/balance like kingdra gets a kill maybe but thats it also u are a nerd fren :]
Overall: 12/20

Creativity: 3/5
Vs custap forre is just bad but I will count it and custap lax is actually don shit
Use of theme: 4/5
Bare minimum but one was a dank set so I will give a 4 :]
Effectiveness: 7/10
The team is like one of the most viable here and while it isn't a good team by iron chef standards I give it a 7 since u won a game without also losing and were the only person to do so while also using a pretty cool team
Overall: 14/20

Creativity: 5/5
The opposing Sceptile used Grassy Terrain! lol
Use of Theme: 5/5
3 berry mons and all are relatively original except for ches but no one uses that
Effectiveness: 2/10
The team is just straight up filth that cant switch into or revenge most of the uu tier I was gonna go with a 1 but grassy terrain was way too heat
Overall: 12/20

Creativity: 3/5
You have shucca emp and and salac hera but thats about it
Use of Theme: 5/5
4 berry mons
Effectiveness: 6/10
The team doesn't really seem bad but you have nothing for volturn until u mega sceptile (even thats shaky) and mamo actually destroys your whole team if emp is a bit weakened also stall kinda destroys you since hera leaves much to be desired as a stall breaker
Overall: 14/20

Creativity: 1/5
Every set you have seems like its straight from the analyses of each mon
Use of Theme: 3/5
You used the bare minimum but they dont seemed forced so thats good
Effectiveness: 7/10
You didn't win but your team is objectively the best but its still very weak to volt turn and falls flat when faced with strong fighting types since moxie mence actually takes like half from most uu fighting types so with rocks up you basically just sack shit
Overall: 11/20

Tagging Hogg so I can say you don't need to ask me about the next theme I will be fine with whatever you and the other judges decide I am just judging to help out a cool thread :]

Hello, guys! Iron Chef Euphonos here, judging your creations, as promised! For those first-time participants in the challenge or those who forgot how I rate dishes, please confer to this post.

<still a work in progress; it will slowly appear>

CREATIVITY: 4.5 / 5
Your team seems to resemble a very standard team, but upon second thought your team has numerous surprises. Although Nidoqueen is the most standard fare among the team, the rest of the Pokemon in your team warrants you a very high score here. What holds it back to become a perfect score, though, is your Heracross isn't using Substitute.

USE OF THEME: 5 / 5
You really use so much berries to your advantage, and I really admire you doing that.

EFFECTIVENESS: 5 / 10
This is where your team's effectiveness is somehow becoming a downfall. First, Salac Berry Azelf isn't really an effective set, and you just use it alongside Natural Gift for some creativity. Second, while Defog on an Offensive SubPetaya Empoleon is a pretty cool choice, it's much better off boosting its Accuracy so as to hit Hydro Pumps very consistently (it needs a Baton Pass for that affair). Finally, with the offensive nature of your team, I don't think Trevenant can fit on your team despite some advantages. However, as you beat one of the Iron Chefs, it is actually a team with good potential that needs some polishing.

Oh, and another note: Sleep Talk will never select Phantom Force.

TOTAL SCORE: 14.5 / 20

CREATIVITY: 3.5 / 5
Your team somehow has unusual options, especially coming from Ambipom, Sceptile, and Reuniclus, that warrant you a relatively high grade here. What holds it back to give you a 4 here is a potential suggestion: Regenerator > Magic Guard on Reuniclus. After your Reuniclus is in Custap Berry range, you can switch out to regain its health and continue inflicting pain to opponents (and you can use Future Sight too here!).

USE OF THEME: 4.5 / 5
...and incidentally, you use Berries to those three Pokemon I've mentioned beforehand. How you incorporate the theme is nearly groundbreaking on your part, but the Pokemon selection isn't enough to warrant a perfect score here.

EFFECTIVENESS: 5 / 10
First, your team is weak to Toxic Spikes and Mega Blastoise is very prone to being worn down too easily. Second, you don't have an entry hazard setter to grant crucial KO's from Kingdra or Sceptile given the offensive nature of your team. Finally, Florges will get too overwhelmed as that is your only answer to Dragon Pokemon; you could have considered Mamoswine as well here as an emergency check against most Dragons, and you have a potent Stealth Rock setter, too.
TOTAL SCORE: 13 / 20

CREATIVITY: 2 / 5
Among all the Pokemon in your team, it is only Snorlax worth noticing to warrant points on Creativity. The rest of the team is a very typical standard build.

USE OF THEME: 3 / 5
I feel that Snorlax and Forretress fulfilled the role enough as Custap Berry holders, enough to warrant a fairly average score here.

EFFECTIVENESS: 8 / 10
While it is a standard build, I find this team one of the most effective among all the teams I witnessed during this challenge. What holds this back to give you higher than you would expect is the presence of Fire spam; while Snorlax is there to take these attacks, these Fire-types will eventually overwhelm your team and will be slowly crumbled. I would notably point out Entei being the most threatening among them all; with Rotom-Mow being your only Special attacker, Entei will burn literally everyone on your team with Sacred Fire, so tread it with caution.
TOTAL SCORE: 13 / 20

CREATIVITY: 4.5 / 5
Magnemite is such an attraction to behold, really; although Taunt really sucked too hard there. Otherwise you have other unusual options such as having GRASSY TERRAIN and Rock Tomb on Mega Sceptile, Dragon Tail > Roost on Salamence, and Earthquake > Drain Punch on Chesnaught, which warrants you a considerably high score here. What holds it back to have a perfect score, however, is that I'm not actually sold with the move selection of some of these Pokemon; although that Grassy Terrain sure is an interesting take on Mega Sceptile.

USE OF THEME: 4 / 5
What holds back to getting 5 to this criteria is a potent suggestion: Liechi Berry > Rindo Berry on Entei. Liechi Berry can help Entei boost its Attack and fire off those strong moves as if you're slapping off a Choice Band; at least it doesn't waste its potential.

EFFECTIVENESS: 3 / 10
Unfortunately, there are a lot of flaws with the team, especially that I wasn't very sold with the move selection of some of your Pokemon. First, you wasted Salamence's potential with your set; given that Speed investment, it's too fast to not afford to use Dragon Tail; whether you should go defensive, or ditch Dragon Tail and go run a Special Attacking one. Second, hadn't Magnemite pulled off a Thunder Wave, Taunt users will shut this team down; set-up sweepers such as Chesnaught are pretty slow prior to set up; Rock Tomb on Mega Sceptile will not be enough to wear those down. Finally, while the direction is getting there, the cohesion isn't enough to warrant a very successful team. Next time, I encourage you to be more inspired in your team building, and get more battles in order to have a lot of experience with the metagame. I'm very hopeful that your team building will improve and your battling skills will improve as well.
TOTAL SCORE: 11.5 / 20

CREATIVITY: 3 / 5
I find only Shuca Lure Empoleon and SubSalac Heracross being the most unusual options (heh, I like you), while the rest is a typical standard build. and I actually suggest Moxie > Guts on Heracross because Substitute doesn't fit with an ability that has something to do with a Pokemon being inflicted with a status condition (unless it's a team builder error).

USE OF THEME: 4 / 5
At first glance I thought that you'd be as adventurous as vexyyyy and use Berries on (almost) all of your Pokemon. Though quite disappointing, you manage to use Berries on four of your Pokemon on your team, and you incorporate the theme very well. This warrants a considerably high score for this criterion.

EFFECTIVENESS: 7 / 10
Well, if it weren't for your Salamence's Iron Tail misses, you could have won the match. Your team is fairly offensive in nature and the berries complement the pace of the team. It is very effective in a way that it can check almost all prominent threats in the metagame, but I have one potent suggestion to make the team much better in my opinion: since Feraligatr is a huge threat to this team, I encourage to run Protect > Leaf Storm and Energy Ball > Giga Drain on Mega Sceptile so as to outrun Jolly variants of Dragon Dance Feraligatr. Otherwise, I find this team a very successful team.
TOTAL SCORE: 14 / 20

CREATIVITY: 1 / 5
To add what Thisbemyalt said, at least you get a 1 because I haven't seen such a team like this although everything isn't original.

USE OF THEME: 3 / 5
I feel that Forretress and Slurpuff fulfilled the role enough as bearers of the respective berries; this warrants a fairly average score here.

EFFECTIVENESS: 7 / 10
While you lost to one of the Iron Chefs, the Pokemon in the team that you "slapped" has a nice synergy overall and it is effective against most teams; I feel that your team will become a very successful one. However, get inspired and be creative next time!
TOTAL SCORE: 11 / 20
