But I can RNG Capture a Naive Mewtwo on my HG/SS. However, I kind of doubt that I would get a flawless IV set for Mewtwo with the Naive nature. Because according to Smogon community, Pokemon that are RNG captured from the wild on the 4th gen can only have flawless iv set with the Timid and Modest Nature.
If I can't capture it with a premeire ball, I capture it with a master ball.
As for the shiny version, I'm afraid I can't do that. In order for me to get a shiny rng captured pokemon on the 4th gen, I have to start from the beginning of the 4th gen games with the right SID/ID for the target spread. :(

Well, Maybe I ask for the zygarde along with the other 3 pokemon as female spitbacks, I think that would sound fair. Seeing how Zygarde is very rare and valuble. or I can ask for 3 credit points plus the 3 pokemon in exchange for these three shiny pokemon if that's alright?
