I don't know.... Maybe I interpreted it wrong.

I interpreted it as 5 then the speed numbers, divide the whole thing by 10.

It is 5 + [121-25]/10, which equals 15 BAP. The damage is then 15x2.25x1.5=50.625, which KOs him before counter. Sorry for the confusion :s
