Hello Ev-ery-one! We're back, after a short hiccup with the ref. At any rate, the last few rounds we've seen TSRD increase his lead, so let's see what will happen next! Waterwarrior responds by sending out Paul's Hat. Normally that wouldn't be a good idea against a Colossoil, but as the Colossoil is on its last legs I don't think it'll be a problem for the warrior of water.

Haru, knowing that the end was near, nevertheless wanted to make Paul's Hat waste some energy. A green barrier formed around Haru, protecting him from attacks. Paul's Hat doesn't waste any time on the offensive and shoots a Signal Beam at Haru! However, it reflects off the barrier and into one of the arena walls.

Haru, looking absolutely exhausted, decides to finally end this battle with a Fake Out, dealing impressive damage to Paul's Hat. However, the stern faced Paul's Hat doesn't even flinch, thanks to that Inner Focus of his, so he blasts the Colossoil with a Dazzling Gleam. The Gleam, while not enough to send Haru flying, did finally fell the beast, making him fall on his backside.

Even with Haru down, TSRD has a commanding lead in this battle, having taken down his opponent's Mega Evolution and dealing decent damage to everything else. Victory seems all but assured for the newcomer, but will the beginner's luck hold, or will waterwarrior find a way to make it crumble to dust? Find out when we return!

Sarasa vaguely heard a "Seriho! Are you alright?" but a red haze filled her vision. A terrible keening replaced the sweet melody.
