Excadrill @ Life Orb
Ability: Sand Rush
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- X-Scissor
- Iron Head
- Rapid Spin

Normally Celebi is a great check to Sand Excadrill, soaking up it's STABs with ease.
252+ Atk Life Orb Excadrill Iron Head vs. 252 HP / 156+ Def Celebi: 152-179 (37.6 - 44.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

252+ Atk Life Orb Excadrill Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 156+ Def Celebi: 94-110 (23.2 - 27.2%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery

However with X-Scissor, Excadrill can cleanly OHKO Celebi.

252+ Atk Life Orb Excadrill X-Scissor vs. 252 HP / 156+ Def Celebi: 406-478 (100.4 - 118.3%) -- guaranteed OHKO[/hide]
IMO you should defenitely be running X-Scissor over Rapid Spin, not Rock Slide. Being walled by Talonflame, Thundurus, YZard and Gyarados is not worth using a mediocre spinner as hazard control.

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Ability: Magnet Pull
EVs: 128 HP / 252 SpA / 128 Spe
Modest Nature
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Fire
- Toxic / Flash Cannon

Celebi is considered a nice switchin to Magnezone. It avoids the 3HKO from the Scarf set, while outspeeding the Choice Specs set (so it can grab momentum / heal up / lay rocks before getting potentially 2HKO'd) However, Celebi lacking Earth Power can only slowly wear it down with Giga Drain in order to break past Magnezone. Substitute Magnezone takes advantage of this by setting up subs against Celebi without any problems. Giga Drain fails to break the sub and the other moves Celebi has to offer on the defensive support set (TWave / Rocks / BP) doesn't help Celebi to deal with Magnezone either. SubToxic is also an effective lure for many ground types that often pivot into Magnezone, expecting the Volt Switch. Ferrothorn and Skarmory, two of the main targets of Magnezone, do not only die because they can't switch out, but they also give Magnezone a free Sub (only vs. non-whirlwind skarm). Raikou and Charizard-X are also lured in by SubToxic Magnezone, so its effectiveness is not limited to luring in Celebi.

Conkeldurr @ Life Orb
Ability: Sheer Force
EVs: 44 HP / 252 Atk / 208 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch

Celebi can normally switch into the AV Conkeldurr set and wall it as it avoids the 2HKO even with Stealth Rock up. However, this set outspeeds Celebi and can 2HKO it with the combination of Drain Punch + Ice Punch or 2 consecutive Ice Punches, provided Stealth Rock is up.

252+ Atk Life Orb Sheer Force Conkeldurr Ice Punch vs. 252 HP / 156+ Def Celebi: 252-299 (62.3 - 74%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery
252+ Atk Life Orb Conkeldurr Drain Punch vs. 252 HP / 156+ Def Celebi: 71-86 (17.5 - 21.2%) -- possible 6HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

I'd run this on an offensive set in place of Ice Beam, as the targets are pretty similar: Lati, Grass types. Ground types don't like Hydro Pump anyway. You lose out on hitting Flying types though so you'd need another check to that.
you could just run tbolt signal beam

you could just run tbolt signal beam
You could, but Signal Beam hits Slowbro as well, I mean, I guess it depends on if you want to hit Gyarados, Manaphy, and stuff, but in general I think of Signal Beam as a cross between Ice Beam and Thunderbolt. Kind of.

Charge Beam is also an option over Toxic/Flash Cannon on this set as it allows you to abuse Ferrothorn to get to +6. I remember using this set a lot in gen 5 because Ferrothorn was on one in every 2/3 teams.

Slowbro @ Slowbronite
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 36 Def / 136 SpA / 80 SpD / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Scald
- Slack Off
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot/Psychic

Celebi is usually a switch into slowbro since it resists both of slowbro's STABs, and megabro usually runs a cm set. However, manaphy gets roasted by fire blast and can't even 2HKO slowbro back 80% of the timie after it switches in. Here is a quote explaining the funky EV Spread from the analysis:
36 Defense EVs in tandem with maximum HP prevent Jolly Mega Charizard X from 2HKOing Mega Slowbro at +1 with Dragon Claw. 80 Special Defense EVs are used to avoid the 2HKO from Choice Specs Keldeo's Hydro Pump after Stealth Rock, and allows Mega Slowbro to take some weaker special attacks such as Mamoswine's Freeze-Dry. 4 Speed EVs allow Mega Slowbro to outspeed uninvested opposing base 30 Speed Pokemon such as Amoonguss and Reuniclus. The remaining EVs are put into Special Attack to increase Mega Slowbro's damage output, and also hits a jump point in Special Attack. Regenerator is the preferred pre-Mega ability, as it allows Slowbro to function as an effective pivot if the situation calls for it.
136+ SpA Mega Slowbro Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 84 SpD Celebi: 224-264 (55.4 - 65.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Celebi Giga Drain vs. 252 HP / 80 SpD Mega Slowbro: 176-210 (44.6 - 53.2%) -- 28.1% chance to 2HKO

Consumed by Darkness...
Week 15 AV Metagross

Metagross @ Assault Vest
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 248 HP / 164 Atk / 96 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Pursuit
- Bullet Punch

Assault Vest Metagross has recently came in usage and mostly used a offensive supportive Pokemon being partnered with Pokemon that are weak to Fairies such as Mega Gardevoir or Pokemon that can be Pursuit Trapped like Latios and Latias. The EVs and AV on Metagross makes it a quite bulky Pokemon to deal against.

Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Wave

Focus Sash TWave Alakazam works as an emergency check to set-up sweepers, but also works very well for AV Metagross, crippling it for the rest of the match. If you get lucky with a few paras, you can Shadow Ball it to death.

Again, bae saves the day.

Gardevoir @ Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace
EVs: 16 HP / 8 Def / 232 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Psyshock
- Focus Blast
- Will-O-Wisp

Haven't played since the OU Suspect for Sable and STag but I'm confident this set still works. The gist is that our spidertank switches in to take an attack only to get burned by MGard for the rest of the match. It doesn't deal a lot of damage, sure, but you do like Gross crippled in the whole match, right?

Knock Off Conkeldurr

Conkeldurr @ Life Orb
Ability: Guts
EVs: 236 HP / 252 Atk / 20 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Mach Punch
- Poison Jab/Ice Punch
- Knock Off

252+ Atk Life Orb Conkeldurr Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Metagross: 255-302 (70 - 82.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
+ 252+ Atk Life Orb Conkeldurr Mach Punch vs. 252 HP / 0 Def Metagross: 79-95 (21.7 - 26%) -- 7.5% chance to 4HKO ===> you deal from 91,7 % to 108,9 % with this combination
OR
Knock Off cleanly OHKOes if Conkeldurr is statused.

Normally Metagross is neutral to the STAB Fighting moves it carries (Drain Punch for self recovery + Mach Punch to do extra chip damage which are mandatory) but the indroduction of Knock Off makes it a good way to punish some switch-ins (i.e. Lati@s, Slowbro, AV Metagross and so on) which relies on their item to be effective in the case you are not able to 2HKO the target on the switch with the Dark move + the STAB priority.
You can even run Poison Jab in the same set to hit Fairy types to have a solid lure even though the Ice coverage is useful and solid.

Latias @ Latiasite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 84 Def / 176 Spe
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Roost
- Reflect Type
- Stored Power

Pretty cool win con, stored power mega latias can sweep teams, once opposing dark types are taken cared of. Latias normally does bad again metagross, but this (mega) latias use metagross like setup bait for a sweep (ferrothorn and most fairies as well) with reflect type.

164+ Atk Metagross Meteor Mash vs. 248 HP / 68 Def Mega Latias: 63-75 (17.3 - 20.6%) -- possible 5HKO
164+ Atk Metagross Pursuit vs. 248 HP / 68 Def Mega Latias: 76-90 (20.9 - 24.7%) -- guaranteed 5HKO

Even an attack boost from MMash dont help Metagross that much, while in return setuping on mgross, +4 calm minds MLatias is threatening already:

+4 0 SpA Mega Latias Stored Power (180 BP) vs. 248 HP / 96 SpD Assault Vest Metagross: 127-150 (34.9 - 41.3%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
