(I'm... not 100% sure the damage calculations are correct. Shuckle's actually weak to Rock Slide and resistant to Stomp (you forgot the multiplier), and I THINK you counted Hugh's STAB twice? So, Bio, super-effective moves are probably your best bet. That is, if my calculations here are correct.
