Electrike can't get Electrify as an egg move.

I can also confirm that Manectric's level-up movepool is identical to B/W 2, save for the addition of Electric Terrain at level 70.

Electrike gets Eerie Impulse as an egg move.

It can't inherit any of the following, though:

Captivate
Confuse Ray
Copycat

Grudge
Helping Hand

Last Resort
Magic Coat
Magnetic Flux

Screech
Signal Beam
Snatch
Super Fang
Synchronoise
Wide Guard
Zap Cannon

Part of me really wants to believe that it has some manner of extremely good egg move that would drastically increase how useful it is in some way.

Really starting to run out of ideas at this point...

I'm testing a lot of useless moves along with good ones mostly for the sake of trying confirm whether my suspicion that all of the old Pokemon got three new egg moves is true or not.

Maybe Captivate and/or Fake Tears might work with Electrike? They have recently gained a few more Field Egg Group users, and I can't see it getting any of the other new moves for Field Egg Group that aren't tested yet or any of the other older Move Tutors or TMs.

Edit: Well, in that case:
New moves for Field Egg Group:
Play Rough, Disarming Voice, Venom Drench, Rotoitiller
Psycho Shift
Guard Split
Misty Terrain
Grassy Terrain
Clear Smog(Probably the only one that is decent).
Spikes

Old Moves:
Secret Power
Endure
Natural Gift
Mud-slap
Body Slam
Double-Edge

We're really getting desparate at this point. Have you checked if it somehow gets Electric Terrain as an Egg Move(even though Electrike already has two Egg Moves from Level-Up...)?

Logic is rarely applicable to egg moves, so I don't think it's really safe to rule out any moves without actually testing them.

I already know Captivate doesn't work, though. I was half expecting it to, though, simply because it would be totally redundant when it already learns Eerie Impulse, and useless egg moves are so very common.

tennisace

not quite too old for this, apparently

In addition to its old BW egg moves (and Eerie Impulse), I can confirm Manectric now gets Flame Burst as an egg move (Simisear is the easiest parent).

It's had that move since B/W, actually.

In any case, I'm seriously feeling out of ideas as to what other moves I should test at this point. I'm thinking they probably just decided to slap some random physical attacks on it because they were too lazy to think of anything that could actually be useful for it...
