Protect -> Dive -> Protect

If Counter, use Hydro Pump that action and push-back
If Chill, use Waterfall that action the first time, Aqua Tail the second and Waterfall the third. Push back every time.
If Infernape is to use Encore next action, begin string of Hydro Pump -> Dodge -> Hydro Pump
