Hello Cassie, I am new to competitive battling and am looking for help. A couple days ago I posted on the simple requests forums a plea for some Pokemon that I want to use in the VGC. If by legal you mean not hacked and RNG Abused, then yes. All of my stuff is. All of it is also available in Both Generation 4 and 5 if it says "Caught/Hatched Location: X Place/X Region." Otherwise, it is only available in Generation 5. That being said, which Generation would you like this Scizor in, and would you need any Specific Moves or whatnot?
