okay so now the threat list

Tyranitar- Rhyperior
Gyarados- Gallade and dragonite on Ice fangless ones
Infernape- Slowbro for physical and Togekiss can take special hits fairly well
Azelf- Rhyperior on Grass ropeless ones and Gallade can at least 2hko with Blade Test
Rhyperior- Togekiss can come in on Earthquake and scare it with Pulse Bomb
Electivire- Gives me a little bit of trouble as I can't paralyze it but Rhyperior can EQ it away
Heracross- if I can get Togekiss in air slash is a OHKO
Salamence- Cressilia can ice beam th CG set and Slowbro the CB set
Togekiss- Dragonite can take a pulse bomb and t-bolt it
Gengar- Gallade can KO it with Blade Test
Garchomp- Cressilia and slowbro can ice beam and heal off damage
Raikou- since this for Wifi i doubt HP will run rampant so Rhyperior does this nicely
Lucario- since endrev seems to be the standard then Rhyperior can Earthquake him
Rampardos- Rhyperior can take Double headbutt and ko with earthquake
Tauros - Rhyperior resists its STAB and can Earthquake it
Jolteon- like electivire can't be paralyzed but it can be koed by Rhyperior
Zapdos- Rhperior can stone edge it
Sceptile- Togekiss can switch in on energy ball and use Air Slash

Nice try at making a team, however, nothing can effectively wall HP Grass Electivire except for Dragonite, and it gets easily set up by Thunder Wave. If you desperately want to make Rhyperior fast then Trick Room could work...

If you plan on paralysing then sweeping with Rhyperior, I would use swords dance over rock cart. Or at least Substitute.

This will help a lot with ground types, who arent going to be killed easily by your attacks, and who are for the most part immune to paralysis.
