The slowest part about flashes is claiming from them.
Let's start with this reffing, which brings my UC from 6 to 21. The source of this mathematical genius is years of study and a long crusade in order to discover the prophesized secret to adding 15 to 6, but I think after all this time, I've found the remarkable solution. No need to thank me.
Edit: Also this reffing brings my UC up from 21 to 27.

Numel reaches 6 EC and evolves into Camerupt. It learns Eruption and Fissure for free as well as Solar Beam (TM, 2 MC). It keeps 1 MC.
Kévin's the textbook example of a shonen protagonist: a bit slow on the uptake, but extremely loyal. There's not much that can faze him and he remains placid in all circumstances, yet he still has a strong sense of responsibility towards the team, as he knows he has great potential. Everyone likes him, but the reason can vary -for example, Manon can order him around since he doesn't care much. His eternal calmness is probably for the best though, as whoever angers him will quickly learn that he has enormous reserves of fire to throw around...

Piplup uses its LEC as EC, reaching 5 and evolving into Prinplup, learning Metal Claw for free (according to Bulbapedia but not Veekun) as well as Mud-Slap and Double Hit (Egg, 2*2 MC)
Even though he isn't part of the Starting Trio, this Piplup didn't have any difficulty to blend into the team. His fierce yet cheery attitude is a very good (and very needed) middle ground between the girls, and he likes to relax near Kévin's heat source after a good workout. Kamina values the journey more than the destination, and will shrug at a defeat if he believes he improved his own capabilities in the match. On the contrary, he despises complacence and will get do anything to get the others (or even me) to train with him. He wants to reach the stars, and will go through anything it takes for that.

Yoshiblaze Gastro Acid is a LUP, keep 1 mc Fix an Approved Quarrel oke Approved PTPlatinumi definitely prefer if you claim immediately and not just wait til enough is enough but w/e at least it's clean. Please put +/- stuff next to the NATURE part of the pokemon. Kecleon says Adamant but has rash mods. Ping me when fix so i may check again but for now Now Approved Approved Un passant ordinaire why do you have two claims, also would be lovely if you kept track of your pokemon current counters are i.e +1 ac [0/5->1/5] etc. I'm confused on the -4cc since you already bought your proygon. Reminder: please don't battle with a mon that hasn't been approved mmkay?~ Approved (both claims) TMan87 You dont have to show the prevo profile when evolving but you do you ig.It still says Numel in Camerupt's profile:thonking:. It still says Piplup in Prinplup's profile. Fix and Aproved Exclaimer [insert joke bout boldore not having a sprite] Approved Agender Nerd assuming youre redeeming the koc as ec as well. Approved Birkal let me turn your dream into a reality. Hitmontop has Intimate....the exact opposite of Intimidate. Hitmontop must be Male. Terrakion gets 125 speed. Exeggutor doesn't learn Brick Break, Brutal Swing, Bulldoze, Dragon Tail, and Flamethrower. You were looking at the wrong movepool (Exeggutor-Alola) when you were buying these moves. You save 10uc (let's just say you never converted these k?) Fix and Approved

I'll keep track of them next time, as they aren't at 0 now. About the CC, I got a total of 8 CC through my battles, so I used 4 of them for Porygon and 4 for Wishiwashi this time, so now I have nothing left.
Also, I didn't battle with Wishiwashi this time before someone approved her >:(
I buy a Galladite for 10 CC, a Gengarite for 10 CC, a Cupra for 2 CC even though it's getting nerfed, a Solosis for 2 CC, and a Slowpoke for 2 CC [profiles at end of post]. I spend 1 UC as MC on Slowpoke to teach it level up move Psychic.
Bug Adds an additional guaranteed attack on all multi-hit moves (does not include two hit moves) with a total hit cap of five (5). Psychic Can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Abilities
Shield Dust [Mold Breaker: Yes]
This Pokemon has dust covering the outside of its body that reduces the Effect Chance of incoming attacks to 0%. This prevents such things as Burns from Flamethrower from occuring. Keen Eye [Mold Breaker: Yes]
This Pokemon has extremely good vision and cannot have its accuracy lowered by an opponent through any means (including accuracy lowering attacks, Smogs, Hazes, Fog, etc.). Its vision also enables it to see through any attempts by an opponent to increase their own evasion. Illusion[Mold Breaker: No] [H] Whenever you send this Pokemon out, it can feign the appearance of another member on your squad. If this Pokemon is damaged by a direct attack, the Illusion will cease at the end of the round. Direct damage is any attack that does damage to the Pokemon's HP. Attacks that are evaded, blocked via Protect, or damage a Substitute are not considered direct damage. It will retain the typing and moveset of the Pokemon with Illusion.
Psychic Can lift and throw opponents with Psychic regardless of Special Attack Rank. Psychic-type attacks are not godlike and cannot be used as a catchall for Disabling, Binding, and redirecting opposing attacks.
Abilities
Overcoat [Mold Breaker: Yes]
This Pokemon has a sturdy exterior that rebuffs the elements, making it immune to damage inflicted by bad weather. The Pokemon is also immune to "Powder" moves. (Full List: Cotton Spore, Poison Powder, Powder, Rage Powder, Sleep Powder, Spore, Stun Spore.) If the Pokemon is already immune to at least one (1) kind of weather, or powder attacks by typing or a different ability, Overcoat reduces the Base Attack Power of all oncoming attacks by one (1). Magic Guard [Mold Breaker: No]
This Pokemon is infused with a powerful psycho-electric energy that makes it immune to damage from Spikes, Stealth Rock, Hail, Sandstorm, Leech Seed, Poisoning, Burn, and Partial Trapping moves. It can still attack itself in confusion, and will still take damage from it. Additionally, the energy protects the Pokemon from its own reckless recoil attacks. Toxic still increases in damage each round, although if Magic Guard is in effect the Pokemon will not suffer any damage. Life Orb recoil is negated. Regenerator[Mold Breaker: No] [H] When this Pokemon is switched out during a switch battle, it reacts to the energy in the Pokeball and (ten) 10 HP is restored. When this Pokemon Chills, it restores six (6) HP in addition to its 12 Energy.

Able to hit Pokemon in the evasive stage of Bounce, Fly or Sky Drop with single target moves that hit Pokemon on the field regardless of position.
Abilities
Hustle [Mold Breaker: No]
By default this Pokemon puts immense force and speed into its physical attacks, increasing the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by three (3), but the haste used lowers their accuracy to 80% of normal. When toggled, no effect. Serene Grace [Mold Breaker: No]
This Pokemon has a blessing which doubles the success chance of its attack's secondary effects. Super Luck [Mold Breaker: No] [H]

Necturine gains 2 + 2 (Lucky Egg) EC (up to 6/6), 6 + 1 (KOC) MC (up to 7) and 2 AC (up to 3/5). I spend 2 UC on her AC to max it out (5/5), and she evolves into Necturna! Her MC are spent on Horn Leech, Forest's Curse, Shadow Ball, Power Whip (Necturna LU), Natural Gift (Necturine LU) and Snatch (Tutor), leaving her with 0.
Charmander gains 2 + 2 (KOC) EC (up to 7/9), 8 MC (up to 8) and 2 AC (up to 4/5). She evolves into Charmeleon! Her MC are spent on Fire Punch, Focus Punch, Thunder Punch (Tutor) and Fire Blast (TM), leaving her with 0.
I'm also grabbing myself a Colosshale for 2 CC.
Charmeleon [Elinor the Red] (Female)
Theme: Paradigm Shift - Final Fantasy XIII-2 The latest in a generation of Charmander who have succumbed to the Green Rune, a powerful arcane rune embedded on one's head that grants them massive power... at a price. Elinor struggles to be seen as a normal Charmander, and despite her attempts, the heroic acts she commits to save others ended up giving her the nickname "Elinor the Red", due to the sheer bloodbath resulting from the Rune's energies. Type: Fire
Abilities::
Blaze [Passive] Elinor's innate arcane energies flare up when her stamina drops (HP under 33%), increasing the BAP of her Fire-typed attacks by a flat 3.
Solar Power [Passive] [H, Locked] Elinor's Green Rune consumes her life force to increase her power under bright sunlight. During Sun (or bright enough sunlight to trigger Solar Power), Elinor loses 1 HP per action, but her Special-class attacks gain a flat 3 BAP.
During an outbreak of Black Runes in a nearby forest, there was a very sharp drop in the population of Necturine. Those who managed to survive the corruption didn't do so without a massive change in personality, appearance, and even fighting style. Camilla is among the few who tries her best to stay pure, but her mind slowly wanders, and still, she needs desperate help.
Type: Grass/Ghost
Abilities::
Forewarn [Passive] Camilla's Black Rune links her mind to nature, allowing her to sense impending danger from opposing attacks. The trainer controlling Camilla may make an additional substitution in the format "IF X uses Y THEN Z" without any other qualifiers or clauses allowed, indicated by "Bonus Sub".
Telepathy [Passive] [H, Unlocked] Camilla links her mind with her allies in multiple battles, easily avoiding any damage from allied attacks that damage all Pokémon in play such as Earthquake. This ability does not allow her to avoid opponent's spread attacks.

Theme: TBA TBA.
Type: Dark/Water
Abilities::
Rebound [Trigger] Pathos's Yellow Rune creates a magical field capable of bouncing back hazardous materials. Pathos can activate Rebound at the cost of 5 EN to remove a layer of hazards on his side of the field and place one of that same layer onto the opponent's side of the field.
Storm Drain [Passive] Pathos's strange Runic energies allow him to draw all water attacks to himself, taking no damage from the attack and increasing his Special Attack by 1 stage, adjusting the natural stage if the opponent's attack triggered it.
Flare Boost [Passive] [H, Locked] Pathos's Purple Rune becomes energized when in the presence of massive heat. While Pathos is burnt, his Special-class Attacks gain 3 more Base Power.
