Honestly they all look like random mons that may or may not have been soft resetted. I highly suggest to stay away from neoseeker though if you want to make sure the pokemon you're getting are legitimate.

I googled the OT and came here and found this thread. Received the below Pokemon through wonder trade. Wondering if I got a legit one or one that was hacked. I'm new to the series, X was my first game and have been having fun with Wonder Trade. This was my first "oh wow" moment with WTS and wanted to know if i should toss him back.

Super bad hack.
1. Smogon is a common hackers OT
2. The dream radar mons can't be shiny
3. And a perfect shiny HP spread itself (if you get it through WT/GTS) is 99,999999999% of times hacked
HA dream ball thundurus can only be obtained through the dream radar. And those can't be shiny

Do you know where you got this? If it's from GTS/Wonder Trade/Passerby, it's most likely hacked, but it's legal. I googled the OT and TID, but didn't find anything.
I got it by trade from some guy on the marriland forum
I still wouldn't trust it, unless they guy TSV'd it himself or something. It's legal to use, but I would avoid trading it here.

Where you got that? It's a hack none the less. The OT's pretty strange + shiny masterball azelf.
I'd say hack but it can be legit
It's only got the 3 default IVs and a lame nature so it looks like somebody just SRed it for the shininess. I couldn't find anything on the OT and ID so it's hard to say for sure (meaning you probably shouldn't trade it here), but it doesn't look suspicious at all.

I know you said you found the answer, but is the OT actually Ｇｈｉｘ or "Ghix" or "GHIX" because that's an old smogon user (Bitterlemon) and that Raikou comes from his ENG Soul Silver emu non-redistributable, but it was uploaded to Pokecheck.
Ah okay, glad you responded. It is "GHIX", I got it from the user BarrelRoll's shop last year.. not sure where they got it from.
Guys, I have a problem. From a while I'm looking for HP Ice thundurus (I play VGC and BS single, without a Thundurus in these metagames I am no one). I found 2 guys that can trade me Thundurus (It's not free obviously) but they tell me even that their thundurus are shiny. I have many doubt about someone can obtain a blue pentagon shiny thundurus hp ice flawless in a legally way. You should soft reset it for years lol.
A my friend said that he knows 2 guys that have normal thundurus, but in truth they have hacked their own 'mons. The rules seem pretty unambiguous on the topic so 'do so at your own risk, knowing that they have every right to disqualify you and permanently ban you from competing'.
There are a few threads here that have HP Ice Thundurus for trade, but the Simple Questions thread, or browsing trade threads would be a better place to ask about those.

They're not legitimate. They were edited, they're (at best) legal to battle and like .com already said it's your own risk to use them. Not much else for you to ask/question about it though. Either keep them use them and risk it or trade for other ones then toss out the ones you have now.
