Okay, I have to write an assessment report. This is my first Reffing 202 to completion, so new format. I'll be evaluating whether you'd make a superb tutor, Maxim - not just a 202 referee. So my standards are going to be pretty damn tall, and I apologise in advance if it seems to offend. Metrics in order of importance.

Punctuality： ...... Well, in all these times I've known you, I know this is the best you can do. But if we want to retain newcomers, who should be our main target audience for tutoring and retainment, keeping them engaged on a frequent basis is a must, and you cannot satisfy that criteria. P
Knowledge Depth and Fact Checking: You've certainly outshone a lot of peeps at this though. Frosty only mentioned 3 instances where you didn't fact-check stuff, but you're correct on Items/Abilities interactions, movepool cross-checks, and that Substitution obscurity I made. E
Flavour and Formatting: You did extremely well on R1, then had to cut yourself some slack thereafter - still even after that you're pretty good by current standards. Even new people should have very little problems understanding your calcs and stats and prose. E
Rage level: Despite the 4-month run where tutors regularly pinch out on you, you're still chugging on like a pro. Not to mention I've never seen you demean and belittle anyone else ever. And your sense of humour has always been a bright spot. I could go on for a few more lines but I think this last one will do. O

Okay a few things to chime in here with..

ZhengTann as the tutor you are expected to weigh in with your thoughts on how the pupil performed by the ultimate say on pass/fail is left to me. Also I have no idea what rating system sees a P, two Es and an O become an A?

With that said Maxim I do agree almost entirely with ZT's points. One that I would stress perhaps even more strongly than he did however is your punctuality. Its incredibly hard to determine how timely you were in this match due to your own LOAs and tutor changes, but you certainly weren't looking to get it down as quickly as possible. This is particularly shown by your own lack of warning slow mentors outside of the first round. I'm sure you are aware that your own punctuality and posting on time is an issue of yours in ASB as a whole. This is not ideal for someone who is considered in the upper echelon of ASB players and referees. Aside from that, I wholeheartedly support your whitelisting as a Self Referee thanks to the competencies you have demonstrated here.

I will issue a slight warning though, if I begin to notice that Self Refereeing on your part takes preference over other matches, or if you are Self Refereeing when you are also up in other things you will risk an immediate removal of these privileges. But for now happy Self Reffing!

As far as prizes go I have NFI. ZT getting the CC seems a fair outcome unless Frosty has anything to say about it?
