As the pokemon tries to do as told, Dust is ordered to unleash a massive Thunder (Lighting, actually) on his opponent. Cloud Nine: Type: Innate Pokemon with Cloud Nine will not suffer any negative effects of weather, but will benefit from all positive effects.
