Look at Jackal's post that Aldaron linked to.

Jackal said:
Rule 10 states "Don't abuse glitches". Given recent circumstances and the general vagueness of this rule, it has been expanded and clarified, which I will detail below:

General Philosophy on Glitches:

Adhering to cartridge mechanics in the simulator is the program writer's responsibility and duty. The players have a duty to attempt to win within the confines of the game presented to them (simulator, NOT cartridge).

With that said, we have decided to compile an exhaustive list of all aspects of the simulator game that do not function as the cartridge does. This list is currently in the process of being completed, and will be made public upon completion.

From this list, we will ban glitches that we feel make the game unplayable or "break" the game, as judged subjectively by us. All other glitches will be fair game, since given the list we are creating, there are simply far too many that can be used in too many situations to change the game. It would be impossible to regulate them all.

List of Glitches currently banned:

None yet.

This list will be updated with the completion of the glitch research thread.
If nothing is being added to the list of banned glitches, they aren't "exploiting the glitches", just playing the game.

I am moving this thread to the tournament forum given that it has been plenty of time. This thread will be used as a compendium of glitches for all players to see. If anyone has any more, notify a tournament director.

Name: NFE Illegal Movesets
Result: NFE Pokemon can use illegal move combinations
How: Due to programming limitations, moveset restrictions were not implemented for NFE Pokemon, and can thus be selected when creating a team.

Example: Sleep Powder + Spikes Roselia

Name: Razor Wind is not a normal type move
Result: Razor Wind is super effective against grass types
How: Use razor wind against grass type pokemon, or ghost I guess..

Have a nice day.

Name: Sleep Talk Confusion
Result: While asleep, you cannot hit yourself in confusion even when using Sleep Talk. In-game you can.
How: Use Sleep Talk while confused.

Courtesy of Delta.

Name: Fully evolved Pokemon at lower than possible levels
Result: In our current simulator, unobtainable Pokemon can be used (level 1 Infernape, level 1 Clefable, etc).
How: In the shoddy teambuilder change a fully evolved/unbreedable Pokemon's level to 1 (or lower than the lowest level that they can be legally obtained at)!

Name: Multi-hit attack berry activation
Result: Berries do not activate until the end of a multi-hit attack
How: Use a multi-hit attack against a Pokemon holding a berry, such as Sitrus Berry, and the berry won't activate until all the hits are complete, whereas in-game, the berry will activate as soon as the HP threshold is broken, even in the middle of the multi-hit attack.
