i'm stuck in the house waiting for a phone call so i've been doing nothing but watching replays, and boy oh boy do i have a list.

-mandibuzz trying to whirlwind a team to death on SR Well, it's not the worst strat ever, but...
-that's it, that was the guy's strat. Okay then
-another guy trying the same thing, but with skarmory. I wonder what would happen if those two guys met
-charmander. just charmander. LC versions of OU viable mons new meta
-non-mega charizard spamming thunderpunch on Ttar. He's lucky T-tar isn't Ground type
-said TTar not going for the KO and just spamming crunch, probably from pity. lol
-greninja setting hazards. plural. they wasted multiple move slots for this. Ferrothorn much?
-how not to BP: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134755888 Also how not to deal with Heat Wave
-switching bisharp into a weakened donphan's EQ and dying. (sucker punch is overrated i guess) Someone needs to learn check vs. counter, apparently
-three different non-sashed smeargles. Why?
-offensive deo-d. with dark pulse and ice beam. It's bulky offense, duh. Except more bulky and less offense.
-eevee. Someone took that one Smog article too seriously, methinks

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134786858
-talonflame with fly Well, no recoil, but you're massive setup bait
-whaaaat is going on with that garchomp? I have no clue
-physical gengar Could have been McIceGar, but that was only viable three entire generations ago
-a really weird mega gardevoir set The best part is that Sing hit 4/4 times

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134784092
-super fang scrafty? is this a thing and i'm just not aware? It's not that he can boost or anything...
-fire spin/wow arcanine (the punchline is that it walls the other team for over 15 turns.) You forgot Arcanine in OU
-zardx using dragon dance and then... flamethrower Mixed X-zard isn't awful tbh, but I sure hope he had physical moves on it

No switching? What kind of shitty rule is that?!?
A rule made by the kind of people who (in a Gen 4 environment with legendaries banned and Garchomp, Salamence, and Wobbuffet unbanned) have:
- A Kabutops outsped by my +0 Metagross (it's the Agility set but I didn't use it yet)
- Double Team/Toxic/Swagger/Baton Pass Umbreon whose goal is the baton pass Double Teams to a Quick Claw Glaceon which couldn't do anything to my Empoleon that set up Agilities so I could take out the guy's Garchomp I knew he had (Whirlwind Skarmory allowed me to scout half his team)
- A team that couldn't take down a Salamence choice locked into Hydro Pump (Choice Specs sets are SO Gen IV) allowing me to come from what was currently me loosing 2-4 to win without it fainting at all
- When we dropped the species clause for the "Final Tournament Before We Graduated", one person has a team of 6 Snorlax. For the lulz (since I knew he was going to make and use that team), I made a Subpunch Dusknoir (Max Atk and Max Def) which KO'd all 6 after my Forretress set up Spikes, Stealth Rock, AND Toxic Spikes. What was terrible was that his first Snorlax's set was Rest/Sleep Talk/Return/Curse. It allowed me to set up EVERYTHING and then, despite being at +6/+6, it couldn't hit me and it couldn't switch out because of the rules
- Teams that could NOT prepare for Toxic Spikes at all. (After the first time, I knew that Toxic Spikes were just lovely for it)
- Teams where the most threatening guy is either Focus Sash or Kings Rock Sharpedo (or as we call it, Half Shark)
- Thanks to another rule where we must use our shinies in at least one team during each tournament (which is why my nightmareish Shiny Garchomp always make an appearance) Seaking is a sight.

They said it was the "honorable" way of playing Pokemon. It does lend itself REALLY well to Toxic Stall (which is how I won like a third of my matches and I HATE stall)

Casuals are so hilarious. I once met a guy who thought Articuno and the Regis were broken and another guy thought pseudos should be banned.

It's hard to not pity them sometimes.

Some of their sets are pretty good. One guy had the typical Poison Heal SubPunch Breloom set which is a bitch to take down. And many others aren't too terrible with their movesets. It's just some of them have really weird things. A lot of it is for fun and they admit they are WAY more casual than I am.

On the other hand, because I beat my other friend recently, I am now the Champion of the Second Floor Lounge. She's just as serious as me so it's actually a real victory.

Only the Second Floor Lounge? I'm King of the Basement Bathroom, bitch!

Challenge.
Accepted.

(After I get some sleep, it's nearly 2am here XD)

I just played a randbats match, and let me just say, Deoxys-D is OP as hell.
Here's the replay:
http://pokemonshowdown.com/replay/randombattle-134938795

Also, I played a random doubles match a little while ago, and the Chople Berry Aegislash that was randomly generated for me was about as fantastic as you could reasonably expect (I don't have the replay, though...)
Except you aren't actually choosing the sets, so it isn't silly? Getting weird and dumb sets in Random battles is expected.

That's not even mentioning how the Deoxys-D you're talking about is literally the same build that's in Suspect. It's not uncommon.

-pikachu (not even on an ash team)
-infernape trying to thunderpunch swampert
-suicide team: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134942395
-and it gets better: this person had a 1069 rating, so somehow they won more than once
-special megados... which uses hydro pump on megasaur. (http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134940180 you probably should just see this one)
-espeon using psychic on claydol
-a whole bunch of teams with multiple pokemon that are only viable because of mega-evolutions, meaning once they pick one half their team is useless
-sending out gardevoir against a mega banette that had previously finished off a noivern with shadow sneak
-mixed hydreigon with acrobatics and tri-attack?????
-contrary malamar spamming superpower for attack boosts, then using foul play
-poison jab bisharp
-zorua. on a team that already had zoroark
-WATER SHURIKEN TORRENT MIXED GRENINJA
-offensive quagsire running amnesia, curse, and aqua tail
-frustration chansey (hilariously got a revenge kill on a weakened garchomp, taking out the last 2% of its health)
-infernape staying in and trying to thunderpunch down a megastoise that was behind a reflect... WHILE it was scalding it to death
-echoed voice chansey?? i guess it's better than frustration
-torterra
-non-mega charizard trying to set up solarbeam with no sun (subsequently getting walled by electivire)
-barbaracle
-giga drain forretress
-another fucking torterra
-typhlosion
-special gallade with calm mind and psychic

Random Shit: 500th Post Edition (also late night because reasons)
-Spider Web Galvantula. Which it used on a Salamence that had been spamming Fire Blast on it.
-A random Hypnosis+Rest Gengar with no Chesto Berry and apparently no Sleep Talk. Gotta go sleepy.
-Poison Jab Tentacruel.
-Hypnosis+HP either Ground or Electric Milotic.
-Poison Powder Amoonguss.
-Vileplume using Stun Spore on Venusaur. Also, Vileplume.
-Poison Point physical Nidoking.
-Gliscor trying to use Substitute while at 20%.
-Uhh... http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134955432
-Numerous issues here, but not as godawful as some: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134954379
-Cute Charm ChestoRest Sylveon using Toxic on Excadrill.
-Focus Band Chatot without Boomburst (it had Heat Wave, which is incompatible). Also, Chatot in OU.
-Pinsir using Stone Miss on Excadrill. Wouldn't have done much, anyway.
-Uxie in OU.
-Block Metagross.
-Non-Imposter, non-choiced Ditto.
-X-zard receiving +4 speed and attack from said Ditto (it copied a Scolipede) and using Heat Wave.
-Forretress trying to Toxic an Empoleon. Repeatedly.
-Said Empoleon being mixed with Shadow Claw and Blizzard.
-Mareep. With Return and Thunder.
-Payback+Shadow Ball M-Banette, apparently with no status moves.
-Switching Sylveon, and then Wigglytuff, into Metagross spamming its steel STABs.
-Aerial Ace Mew.
-Meteor Mash+Zen Headbutt+Psychic+Doom Desire Jirachi.
-Skarmory setting up hazards on, then trying to Whirlwind said Jirachi... when it was the last mon left.
-Nice try, Shuckle: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134954690
-Fake Out+Shadow Sneak Sableye using Will-o-Wisp on Talonflame.
-Aerial Ace Y-zard.
-Raichu.
-Beautifly.
-Flare Blitz Y-zard.
-Also in the battle featuring the above three: A stall war between Trevenant and... Moxiemence: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134949530
-Retaliate Chesnaught.
-Carbink. I'm sorry, but Carbink is just garbage.
-Offensive normal Mawile.
-Shuckle guy returns: http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-134953713
-A completely random Pikachu Thunder Waving a Swampert.
-Camerupt.
-A Conkeldurr probably lacking Guts, as its Mach Punch while burned did all of 27% to Heatran.
-Acrobatics Greninja. At least it was Protean.
-Grovyle. With Detect and Rock Slide.
-Vespiquen.
-Torrent Greninja with Taunt and Toxic Spikes.
-Electivire. Again.
-Milotic using Mirror Coat against Gyarados.
-Kangaskhan.
-Seviper.
-Special Flygon. Also, Flygon.

Of note:
- Leading with FEAR
- Torterra as an odd placement
- Superpower/Close Combat/Quick Attack/??? Pinsir. Is this common? Also, he could have switched it out at any point and probably gotten the KO on Vespiqueen
- Scald/Surf Leftovers Greninja (without Protean but that sometimes happens by accident)
